Thanks to Esteban and Sam with Alliance for coming out and quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue with the plug another electrician (not hired by us) installed incorrectly. These guys know what they are doing, and so far everyone from alliance has been top notch and knowledgeable when we have called them in the past. This time was no exception. If you want the work done right these are the guys to call.

Have used Alliance Electrical and several occasions. Always fast and efficient to get to my problem and fix it.
