Smith electric was a no-show on occasion and completely disrespected my home. They left my home unsecured by leaving my back door unlocked. They knocked over a potted plant breaking the plant and leaving dirt all over my kitchen floor. Instead of cleaning it up, they kick the dirt underneath my refrigerator and throw the broken parts of my plant outside. They broke a figurine of mine, and instead of telling me they just put it back where it was hoping I would not notice, but I noticed immediately when I stepped in seeing broken pieces of ceramic and potting soil all over my kitchen floor, this is all caught on video as well as the profanity they were using when they thought I was not in earshot.

As a general contractor timeliness and productivity are crucial followed by cost. We have used Smith Electric for at least 4 years now exclusively for our construction and personal needs. They have been recommended by us frequently to friends and family as well as other contractors and will continue to be our go to electrical contractor for years to come.

BEWADE! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY, DIDNT RETURN PHONE CALLS, THERE TECHS HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THERE DOING THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED OR LICENSED. THE OWNER MARK SMITH IS THE WORST OF THE JOKE. BEWARE BEWARE!!

I tried multiple times over the last few weeks to get something scheduled with these guys. I have tried calling twice this week and was told the manager would call me back and still nothing. Waste of time.
