Elements Disaster Recovery

My insurance company referred me to this company, I had roof damage as well as some water damage in my master bathroom that went into my master bedroom area. The guys they sent out, Angel & Jose' were THE absolute best ! Very kind and supportive, very professional ! They are great people and a great company that I would highly recommend ! They have 3 locations apparently, these guys are from the Orlando FL location. Again, thank you so much for your help. It's a scary thing to do alone, they gave me the reassurance and clearly explained what I need to do to get my home repaired.

This team was very thorough and friendly. Jesse, Angel, and Miguel did an amazing job with helping get our floors dried and taken up. They were quick and efficient. We appreciate everything they did for us.

We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and care of the crews at Element. We had a major flood in our house that effected every room. All of the guys are extremely professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. We have six indoor cats and they went above and beyond to be sure the cats were secure and safe during the water removal and drying process. Mold was discovered in one of the bathrooms during their initial work. I plan to request Nick and his crew again for the mold remediation. We trust them and feel comfortable having them in our home. We received a very fast response and top notch service during this very difficult time. We highly recommend using Elements if you are unfortunate enough to have a home disaster.

We had an unfortunate amount of water damage. Miguel, Angel and their crew were professional and efficient throughout the entire process. They were very thorough each day and made sure to properly clean and get rid of the mold to protect my young children.
