From the time Julian came to the house to give an estimate of the work to be done, to Francisco and Isaac coming out to fix the vent stack and put a new basement floor P trap in I am very happy with the work everyone did and how clean and meticulous all the crew were. They showed up when they said they would and got everything done way faster than promised, they even cleaned the kitchen floor before they left. I’m super impressed.

I'm very happy that Home Serve found Elie's Plumbing for me. Isaac Camargo and Brian Smith came in and did a great job in getting to the problem of why my toilet keep backing up. They were the only guys that thought to clean the sewer pipe from outside after snaking it inside. They came in and did a good job of cleaning up after they were finished . Thank you Isaac and Brian.

Isaac was very professional & very nice. Gave us a lot more knowledge of what's going on. He did open the sewer line but it probably will block up again of course because of the problems in the street with shifting old 6" clay pipe lateral and also probably a fitting going into the 10"clay sanitary sewer main of the city . How do I begin to thank Elie’s plumbing. Very professional, discussed with me what I thought the problem was and concurred. Our main sewer line was plugged and they were able to scope it and use a Hydro jet to clean out all the root bulbs and roots to the city main sewer line. They told me upfront of the cost if it was a simple unplugging or quiring extensive work on the line. They left the house spotless. They came within the timeframe that I was given. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Elie's did a great job with a couple minor plumbing repairs and 2 larger repairs. The larger repairs were installing a new sump pump with battery backup and replacement of a 4 inch stack (drain) going up to the second floor. The plumbers did excellent work and where the wall needed to be opened up, they minimized the drywall removed. They cleaned up everything and went over all details. Best part, the price on the estimate was the price, no surprises even though the plumbers ran into a few challenges getting to the stack. Highly recommend working with Elie's!

The came promptly, when they said they would. Fixed the issue quickly. Very nice and professional. I've used them for big jobs (new bathrooms, hot water tank etc) and small jobs (clogged toilets, leaky faucets) and am always satisfied with their work and the way they do business. Highly recommend.
