Edit: Okay. Well we take off covers and he bent the arm on the couch where he sat. I’m just kind of baffled why a guy would just invite himself into a space that isn’t his, that was completely covered, and blocked off. And when he couldn’t get into it- decided to sit on a part of the couch specifically not for sitting on. And then try to sell me on the maintenance plan after- when Electric Plumbing and Air will not empty your drain pan for maintenance. I had a second company come out today. This new guy was nice enough to catch that the thermostat had been changed to be Fan On instead of Fan Auto. (With "fan on" your ac runs continuously and it can make your house a little sticky and humid down here in FL.) Ironically the thing we were warned that would happen if we didn’t do the added work suggested by Elite. (My UV light not working well. Snyder came today- UV works fine. Time stamped convo talking while he was here for the appointment) I called Snyder Air because they’ve been doing all of my maintenance before I decided to try Elite this time. They were nice enough to send a guy next day who would drain the pan for me. I signed up for their maintenance instead since it includes a lot more than Elite’s apparently. (IE: your drain pan and filter.) Plus the guy they sent was really nice and respectful. It’s too bad Snyder doesn’t do couches too- otherwise they would have fixed all my problems from the original maintenance. Thank god it was done on a marketing deal otherwise I would have paid Dave from Elite 129$ to break my 1,700$ dollar couch. Original post: Dave came. We had blocked off the living room and covered the couches in the hopes of keeping people off of them since they just got treated and cleaned along with the area rugs we blocked off. For some reason after he figured out he couldn’t get around the blockade he decided to sit on the back/arm of the covered couch (the only reachable thing to sit on even if it’s not the part of the couch you’re supposed to sit on ♥️). Tried to explain to him he should come stand with me….where I was standing at the front door and not on the covered/wet furniture, but I think he misunderstood. He insisted said he didn’t bite and to come over to my couch where he was haha! But the couch bugs do bite just kidddinnggg

Anthony gave us a fair estimate and performed the necessary work flawlessly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. His experience on the job was impressive and we highly recommend his services to anyone in need of expert craftsmanship when plumbing is needed. My technician Marshall Waldron, was very informative about what he was going to do with my pump. He got right to work had a plan and he did an awesome job. I wish I had a picture before he started. He moved the location of the pump, and it is so neat and clean. It definitely made a big difference. Thank you Marshall.

I contacted Elite on a Friday around 4:45 p.m. in the afternoon and they were able to have a technician out the next morning (on a weekend) for my Seller. The technician Carlos Hernandez was prompt and called as requested when he was on his way. He showed he had knowledge and expertise in evaluating the problem and knowledgeable of his company's programs that provided a solution perfect for my Seller. Carlos, my Seller and I appreciate you being courteous and patient while explaining to my Seller what needed to be done. Your customer service was exemplary. Appie Alexander

I called Elite Electrical to help troubleshoot a smoke detector. I have no issues with the technician Matthew. He was very diligent in trying to get the device to work. Came to the conclusion that the smoke detector needs to be replaced. I was waiting for the drum role ….. and I was stunned at the price…. $382 to replace a single smoke/CO (Carbon Monoxide) unit. The unit sells for about $65 and you just have to unscrew the old and screw in the new. My opinion….service GREATLY over charged…. It says it all in the name "Elite" with its elite prices. Don’t waste your money with this company. I don’t recommend them… ….and I was charged a $49 visit charge

Mike was very punctual and professional. Very knowledgeable about his craft, diagnosed and fixed the problem all in under two hours. My experience with Elite has been absolutely wonderful. Robin Phillips has by far exceeded my expectations. He is the very best electrician I've had working on the many electrical problems at our home. His knowledge is incredible and so helpful. He explains everything in ways that I can understand and answers all my questions. He is so honest I feel very confident taking his suggestions because he makes me feel like he cares and is doing his very best to fix our issues and even make improvements. I am so glad I called Elite Electric! And I really think everyone else should!!
