We had our home in Corpus Christi serviced for pest control by Elite Exterminating on 6/5/24. As usual Elite did an outstanding job. Elite can be proud of your service technician Rene Guartuche. He was very professional,well mannered and very thorough. I highly recommend Elite Exterminating.

I'd give them zero stars. They don't honor their agreements. Also, for additional transparency, one of the reviews on here is from the office manager. This is posted after the response from the businesses and is meant to provide additional context on the interactions with company representatives. Around 1.23.2019 I enter into an agreement with Elite Exterminating to fumigate a detached garage on my rental property. I received the estimate for the services which came to $2,002.63. This included a discount of $432 that was to be good through 2.15.2019. When I accepted the proposal Elite informed me that scheduling was based on weather conditions. Because of the conditions Elite could not provide a definitive date. Elite did provide that if the date fell after 2.15.2019 they would honor the pricing discount. After about two weeks I was contacted by to schedule the fumigation on 2.22.2019. Elite reaffirmed that the discount price would be. Elite provided me paper work on what items should be removed so I made the appropriate preparations. On 2.19.2019 I called Elite for clarification on some questions I had. When I called they told me that they couldn’t provide services on 2.22.2019. They said the cancellation was not because of weather but was because my job was the only job in San Antonio. Elite’s representative told me that they could perform services at the non-discounted rate if I still wished for services on Friday. I told Elite that job availability was not included in the original agreement. The representative directed me to the manager to address any questions about billing. Before being forwarded to the manager I confirmed that my services had not been cancelled. I was transferred to voice mail. On 2.20.2019 I called Elite to connect with the manager but was unable. I confirmed again that my services on 2.22.2019 had not been cancelled. On 2.21.2019 I was able to speak to Elite’s office manager. First we talked about the chemical questions. After the chemical’s question we spoke about the pricing question. The manager affirmed the representatives statement. Cancellation was not due to weather but was because they could not justify preforming services at the discounted rate because of hotel fee’s and other costs with travel to San Antonio. I said that this was not provided in the agreement and that up until this time I had been told Elite would honor the discount. The manager was not willing to honor the discount. I told the manager that I did not agree with the switch to the higher price. I needed to have services performed so I agreed topay the higher price. Elite’s manager informed me they would not be performing the services on 2.22.2019 because we did not have an agreement on pricing. I told Elite’s manager that I just agreed to pay the higher price. I said that if they were going to cancel services all together I might as well call Orkin. Elite’s manager told me "That’s a good idea. I think you should." At that time I used foul language after being dismissed and hung up. Every consumer has the right to evaluate the performance of a business and customer service is a major component of every business. As a customer of this business for the past month, this is an account of my experience with this business. Consumers are free to draw any conclusion from reviews they choose as they are put here merely as guides. I just want to provide my experience. Hopefully, if you choose this company, your experience will be different.

I was very disappointed with their service. They seem to only want to nickel and dime you for everything. When they were here they didn't check the attic and when I addressed it with them, they said it would be $85 just to come look at it. Rather than ask me when they were here, they just didn't check.

I am so proud of the service Elite Exterminating provides! Truly the very best in solving all problems and very sweet technicians.

The staff is super nice and they do a great job extermination at my house inside and out
