We needed our plumbing and waterline capped, and water/sewer access moved to accommodate our home elevation project, and needed it done quickly. The team was amazing to work with. I’ve been using elite Plumbing for over two years since I bought an old house with old plumbing! They’ve been very informative helping me strategically update the plumbing. From speaking to Rachel to the plumber Nate they were professional and honest. I had a toilet replaced, and unfortunately ran into an issue the they and myself were unaware of. The price of installation changed because the piping had to be changed. I felt the overall cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend them and use them again

Today, I scheduled a water leak test for my home. The lady at the company said when the technician comes to do the findings he will give me a estimate for the problem, and I can except or decline, cause they don't charge for technician to come to your home, or travel fee. How your technician comes at 5:30pm, and say "let me pull up your contract and it is $450 for the service", I said wait this supposedly be free, he replied again and said we don't do nothing for free and my manager said $450, and who did you speak to. Now you guys say you are honesty company. Well that a LIE, cause she could've told me it was fee to come out, that way give me a chance to go to another company.

Wonderful Customer Service, from being on time and instant installation care of my water tank that I purchased from Lowe's. The owner called me within two hours of the voice mail I left Sunday 09.28.2025. He scheduled his technician for Monday 09.29.2025 afternoon. Kyle was on time, gave me a quote, a discount for being a first time customer and another discount for cash. I'm so impressed today 10.02.2025 Kyle showed back up as scheduled and all in 4 days my old tank removed; new tank installed with a bonus alarm if any water hits the pan. !!

Elite Plumbing was great for my needs. They quickly responded and took care of my needs. The price was very fair, and everyone was very nice to work with. Very professional and courteous. I recommend them, and will not hesitate to use them in the future. My sewer line needed replacing. They took care of everything including the permit. Wonderful bunch of people to work with.
