We had an urgent electrical situation, and their customer service was exceptional from the start they accommodated us immediately and got us an appointment within just a day. A huge shout-out to their technician, Michael Parent. He truly went above and beyond, driving almost two hours to get to our home in Bothell. Despite the long drive, he arrived right on time. Michael really stepped up; he took the time to walk us through the entire process, explained exactly what had happened, and provided total transparency regarding the fix. It is rare to find this level of dedication and clarity. Thank you, Michael and EMC Electric, for the peace of mind!

Ben and his assistant Eddie installed an EV charger provided by Ford as part of my recent Lightning purchase. They did a masterful job quickly and efficiently, leaving everything clean and neat. Jeremiah and Chris from E.M.C. Electric did a fantastic job for us! Both individuals were a total delight to interact with. Waterproofers had installed a new Sump Pump and we learned at the last moment that their work did not cover the required electrical. We called E.M.C. Electric and they sent Jeremiah and Chris out the next business day to review and give us a quote. Although four hours had also been reserved for the work, they then scheduled their work for two days later because Jeremiah wanted to ensure they had eight hours scheduled to complete their work. They installed three (3) 20 amp circuits and new lines in PVC in our crawl space, two circuits for the new Sump Pump and one circuit for our old Sump Pump. We highly recommend this company!
