There are others here saying that I have to dig, which will cost tons more. The owner of the company came, checked another box right by my utility box saying, you have the right conductor, no need to dig. He is so super expereienced and hard working person. He really does his research not like others. And spend time figuring out on how to extend the wire to my garage since the breaker is so far away from it.
