Essential Pest Control

We have been using Essential pest control (sentracon)outside for termites for the last eight years. I want to complement our technician. His name is Dalen, he is the nicest and most conscientious technician we have had. He was well repaired to inspect every termite trap and he cleaned and inspected each very carefully. I hope he stays with the company.

I recently used Manny for pest control and was really impressed with his service. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I could tell he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Manny to anyone needing pest control!

We use Essential Pest for power pest and termite protection. Manny is our power pest technician and he is great. He advises us on when he will be on site, is always professional and asks us what specific issues we have each visit. He is a nice guy, takes care of our property and checks back with us every visit to let us know what he sees and what he did. As a customer, Manny is exactly what we want.

I had a longtime relationship with another company, but when my guy retired, I had to find a new pest control company. A trusted friend of mine recommended I call the owner of Essential Pest Control. I called and asked for the owner and told him who had referred me and he He gave me all the time I wanted and we talked about his business and his philosophy, and I was impressed by how genuine he is And how much good information he gave me about their process and what I can expect. All of the people I have been exposed to with Essential have been exceptional. The owner, the scheduler, Julie, and today I met Manny! Manny is my technician who came today and did my initial comprehensive indoor and outdoor spraying. My first impression of Manny is that he is extremely genuine, conversational with a big smile. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and what he is looking for and what he can do to minimize any infestations of any kind. Manny explains what he’s doing every step of the way. Very patient with my questions and very thorough. He was even more thorough than my other pest control service. Doing little extra things that you don’t normally see like knocking down the cobwebs high in the ceiling that I am unable to reach. He didn’t pressure me to sign any contracts or commit to anything. Very friendly and good at what he does. My overall impression of essential past control is that they are exceptional. Of course time will tell as this is just my first service, but based on what I’ve seen and experienced so far, I have no doubt that I’ve made the right choice. I highly suggest you give them a chance and I think you will be duly impressed as well.

Robert is the best technician. He is so nice and is always courteous and professional when he comes to my home. He is always attentive to the needs of my property and always asks if there have been any issues. He always ask how I am and how my faith is doing. He is great. If you need a pest control company call Essential and ask for Robert!!!

We had Manny come out today to service our business, we were very impressed with his service and professionalism. He was extremely thorough, and explained every process. We were very impressed. We highly recommend Essential Pest control to anyone in need.

Michael was on time, efficient and friendly as was his assistant. He took the time to explain about the return of termites after three years and eased my concerns over what little damage they might have done since I called immediately and he was able to treat them. Right now apparently he personally handles all treatment for the company so you can be assured of great service.
