I hired this company for a German roach problem in a brand new apartment, was treated on July 3rd, and the only roach I’ve seen since was a dead one on July 5th. Our tech Ryan is super friendly, knowledgeable, and solved our issue so so fast! They were able to have someone sent over less than 24 hours after I called, which was great because our move in was just a few days away. I just had my follow up appointment which only took 10 minutes. I’d say the only downside is that the communication isn’t the most efficient, you call or text the company, they give you a 3 hour time slot and you’ll get a call when the tech is there or close. Both times was 1 hr into the time slot given. So stay close to home! But very worth it for the price.

I've had Evans Pest Control come to my house a few times now for routine sprays. I rarely see bugs in my house now, and if i do it's usually because I'm due for another spray. Kevin was especially kind and helpful today! He explained to me what some of the bugs in the sticky traps were, why they're there, and shared tips for how to keep them out. I appreciated the education and thoroughness

I used Evans after hearing about them on a radio ad. They responded to my email inquiry promptly and were at the property in less than 48 hours! They provided their services and emailed me the invoice! They were so professional. I highly recommend them and I am so happy that I found them.

I’ve used Evans for a work location and my home. The techs are uniformly friendly and knowledgeable, and are willing to tackle small and big jobs. They don’t try to upsell you, and will give you practical advice.

I basically never leave one star reviews but Evans Pest Control’s work was maybe the worst $200 I’ve ever spent. We’ve been having a mouse problem in our condo and struggling to solve it ourselves. Evan’s came highly rated so we went with them. Couldn’t get them out for 2 weeks, and when they finally sent someone out, he did almost nothing. The technician they sent out told me we had no holes and just laid out a few traps. He also threw away an existing outdoor poison station and didn’t replace it. Suffice to say, this did not solve the problem. The mice never triggered the traps and it was still possible that more were coming in. And I couldn’t get them to come back out for another two weeks. Contrast that with the company we had out yesterday, who showed up same day, identified several areas where there were wholes that needed patching, patched them, cleared out a closet where the mice were feeding on dog treats, laid new traps and poisons stations, and sprayed the perimeter with mice repellent spray… all for the same price. The tech was also way more communicative and educated us on how to manage rodent pests in the future. Point being: my experience is you can spend the same amount of money with some of Evans’ competitors in the city and get way better service for it, and I encourage you to do so.

Can't speak highly enough of everyone at Evan's. Israel came out, promptly identified the problem (a laaarge termite infestation) and provided a great price. When it came time to actually do the work, there was a bit of a scheduling mishap the day of (which was at least half my fault I think). Rather than place blame or anything, the response was a quick "give me 10 minutes, we'll get it solved" and a team was there within the hour. They were clean, kind and quick. A+!

We have been dealing with mice for several months now. We thought we had fixed the issue ourselves back in July/August. We were wrong. We called Evans Pest Control for service. We had no problem scheduling and the technician was prompt. He called before arrival and was there right on time. Wilbor was our tech. He inspected our house, listened to my concerns, and gave me a list of things we should be doing in addition to their services. There were points of entry we hadn't even noticed. Wilbor carefully spaced bait stations around the interior/exterior and was mindful of our children/pets. We started seeing results immediately. Today was our second service and we are considering moving to a monthly service. We are really happy with the service we received and Wilbor was top notch.
