The team was GREAT! Jerry and his team came in, were professional and courteous, and handled business! They ALL worked extremely hard to waterproof our basement and did such a phenomenal job! Everyone greets you and they all are knowledgeable about what to do. You can ask anyone a question and they will have the answer. There was even a small hiccup that needed fixing, I needed some masonry done before waterproofing could be finished-they had someone on standby-Guillermo- he came in and completed the brick work in just a few hours, nice and professional: they facilitated the process and got it done so quickly. If you need work done on your basement, don’t hesitate. Call them! And a lifetime warranty?

I called Everdry out because I have a dug out crawlspace that was paved and holding water. They came out and fixed the problem. It has been a year and the crawlspace has stayed dry ever since. The inside of my house smells so much better. I no longer have the damp smell.

My crawl space has needed multiple rounds of corrections over the past couple of years, and there have been some challenges along the way. That said, Jerry and his crew who came out today delivered some of the best service I’ve experienced. They were thorough, respectful, and genuinely committed to getting things right. The quality of the work they did, including the grading, drainage correction, vapor-barrier adjustments, and clean finish around the entry, was excellent and immediately noticeable. Jerry in particular went above and beyond, taking the time to explain what he was doing, identifying remaining issues, and treating the project with real care. His attention to detail made a huge difference, and I appreciate it more than I can say. While there are still a few follow-up items needed to fully complete the long-term waterproofing process, today’s crew set the bar high. I’m hopeful for the next steps and grateful to The Creator of Heaven and Earth for the strong work Jerry and his team put in.
