I would give 0 stars if I could. Warranty company requested service 5 days ago for water leak under my sink. The company was unresponsive to my calls. Warranty company called twice and assured me they would call to schedule. Finally get a call and only have availability between 8 and 9 am on day 6 which is the only time that I wasn’t available. They could care less and were rude. I now need to replace water damaged cabinets due to their incompetence.

Our hot water heater started leaking and our home warranty company contracted with Fasco to acquire and install our new one. Vickie went out of her way to speed up the process and they got our new one installed promptly. Easy to work with. The service guy was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and carefully as our hot water heater was inside an interior closet. I can highly recommend Fasco.

Excellent service! We had two separate plumbing issues at once and were referred to Fasco thru our 2-10 warranty. The technician explained issues thoroughly & did excellent work. Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!

My home warranty contracted us with Fasco for an undiagnosed leak in our kitchen sink area. They gave me a 1 hour arrival window same day as the issue was reported to the warranty company. They replaced our garbage disposal quickly with coverage from our home warranty company, and the plumber was very professional and helpful. We ended up with a better garbage disposal than the one we had before. I am now considering hiring them again for some out-of-warranty work on some components that were not covered by our warranty contract. I highly recommend using Fasco.

Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

We had a pretty gross issue with our pipes belching up dirty water. We called up Fasco and from there, the process was easy. We set up an appointment, got a confirmation text and email on the day of the appointment and the plumber even called me saying he was finished with his prior job early and wanted to see if it was ok to show up. The work he did was excellent, he was professional and friendly. He told me how to do regular maintenance to prevent these issues while he was fixing the issue. The problem hasn't returned and I'm really glad I called them. Thanks Fasco, would recommend you to any of my friends.

Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.
