Fenn Termite + Pest Control

The office staff and manager were so nice and helpful. The pest control tech Tony was knowledgeable, polite, accommodating and very friendly. He arrived on time, and provided clear instructions, doing a great job. The price quote was so reasonable, I thought it was a mistake. I highly recommend this company!

Drew was very helpful and scheduled my appointment as the earliest available time. Ian, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, on time and patient. He explained the inserts behavior and different strategies of treatment. I didn’t know that preparation was needed, Ian was very kind to come back in 20 minutes to allow us to prep the unit before treatment. We were very happy about Fenn’s service and would recommend others to use.

Our family has been with Fenn Termite since the mid-1970s using their annual termite, tenting and regular pest control maintenance service. Throughout the past 50 years, Fenn is always, consistently great. The technician who did our most recent annual termite inspection and treatment, like the service we've received in the past, was awesome - professional and personable, doing a thorough and complete service.

We have noticed what we thought might be termite droppings in our attic. We initially called another company which conducted a quick inspection and told us that we needed a full fumigation tenting of our home. Given the high cost and inconvenience, we reached out to Fenn for a second opinion based on their favorable Yelp scores. One of their senior termite specialists Fidel came out and took a much more detailed look at our situation. He pulled off some of the affected wood and it was clear to him that all of the residual termite damage happened long ago prior to when the home was last fumigated at the time of purchase. There was absolutely no current termite activity and what we had been seeing were ants. His inspection was done at no charge to us and saved us serious funds and headaches! Since we also have occasional ant activity in our kitchen and bathrooms, we also inquired about getting a pest control treatment. Rather than pushing a more costly indoor/outdoor treatment, our customer service rep Sarah suggested that an outside treatment along the perimeter of our home would likely be sufficient for our situation. Our technician Jesus was very professional and was even willing to spot treat the attic beams where we had originally seen the ants at no additional charge. This was our first experience with Fenn, but we will definitely use them again for any future pest control needs. In a category where we totally have to trust what we're being told, it's refreshing to find a family-owned and operated company that we can recommend for both the quality of their work and their integrity.

Initially I was very happy. Not so sure now. At first I was very pleased with the service, the thoroughness of the work and the courteousness of the servicemen. I'm not sure that the people who have come out recently seem to want to get in and get out as fast as possible, at least the quarterly service people. I have had to remind them to brush down spider webs and to advise me on the activity on the bait stations. The last report indicated that there was some activity on the bait stations, but never said which one (or both). Are we still having rats in our garage area? I still trust you with the work, but wish there could be a little more attention to details like those mentioned above. Thank you for your time in reading this review. Bruce Lubliner

They came, did a termite inspection. They decided to hit a couple spots, rather than tent the whole house. David was my technician. He was SO genuinely nice. Not fake nice. Really nice. Clean, friendly, didn't waste time, answered all of my questions. When he left, my wife said, "WOW, he was nice!"
