FireWater Restoration did a great job taking care of us after a wall leak ran down into our basement. We caught it fairly early but still needed 4–5 days of drying. Ryan and Julian were diligent, hard-working, and very respectful of our home. They laid paper and coverings on our wood floors and carpet, called an hour before arrival, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They dried the walls and wood, removed wet carpet and insulation, and took down and hauled away the affected drywall. When they finished, the house looked as clean as when they arrived. From the moment I reported the problem, the team was on top of it, responsive in both action and communication. This is unfortunately my second time needing FireWater for water damage (they did a great job then, too), and if there’s ever a third, they’ll 100% get the call. Very happy with FireWater. They helped us dry damaged wood in our kitchen, dining room, and basement ceiling. They came each day and checked and gave us clear updates as to what to expect. They moved fans as needed and made sure everything was dry as needed. We worked a lot with Nahum Ramirez and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Firewater was a life saver for us when a tree fell on our house. The same day I called George, he had a team out secure our house and start the cleanup process. The contents crew, led by Lupe, did an outstanding job sorting, cleaning, and storing our belongings. The move back was efficient and smooth. We found the team at Firewater to be responsive, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process of our project. Excellent restoration company! Highly recommend!

Just completed service for water damage from a leaking refrigerator. I found them to be curious, willing to listen to my concerns and making sure I understood. Asked frequently if I had questions. Moved everything that needed to be moved. Checked in by text and phone regarding time of arrival window each day. Were emphatic. I was very pleased with the service received!

My neighbors had a water pipe burst. This was the company their insurance worked with. Extremely unprofessional. Trampled the front of my garden. Bulbs I sourced from holland squashed! As a florist and a business owner I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. I confronted one of the workers and he denied stepping on them. The lead then came out and gave me his card and information. He promised to take care of reimbursement for the flowers since they're now unusable for the wedding I had that weekend. I left a message, never got a call back. And the whole issue seems to be just ignore it and it will go away. My neighbor also commented that they left the sewer line exposed and were overall unprofessional. Overall, no respect for property and horrible customer service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Cliff, Malik and Raphael were incredible in helping me deal with a major leak. They were kind, efficient, professional and gave me extra tips throughout that helped me navigate the process of dealing with issues like this as a new home owner. I am so grateful they were here to help with what could have been a very stressful process.

just had excellent pack out services by Lupe, Nohemi and Erika... put back everything that had been packed up, reassembled bed frame, restocked bookshelves and clothing and left our newly restored room in great shape.. they work efficientlty as well and with great care for personal belongings... thanks!!!!
