Carlos was wonderful. He was out promptly after calling even though it was early morning hours on a Saturday. He was very thorough in explaining everything. He was quick with the demolition and did an excellent job in cleanup.So far all of our experience with 1st Atlantic has been great. They have gone out of their way to help and answer all our questions. Highly recommend this company.

Honest, reliable and hard working describes this company to a T. When I had a water main leak I was recommended this company by my insurance company. They were out that very day doing damage control and assessment. They were very open and honest with how long the process was going to be, and their estimated time line was spot on. Any time I had a concern, the team was there to answer questions. Cierra was the first person from the repair team I had contact with. She explained to me the entire process from dealing with insurance and mortgage companies to the actual repair process, she helped keep my mind at ease. Then came in Mack. That man has the most patience out of anyone I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I know it wasn’t easy, being such a stressful situation I know I was hard to deal with at times, but he helped me with the process every step of the way. Garret, the carpenter, was a true professional and got my house looking amazing! Lynsey was there to help with any questions I had regarding the payments or dealing with the mortgage and insurance companies. I hope I never have another major disaster like this happen to my house again, but if I do, I know I can give First Atlantic a call and they will leave my house looking better than it ever looked before!

We had an outstanding experience with First Atlantic. Grayson and Heather were our main points of contact and it was a true pleasure to work with them both. Each of the subcontractors was also easy to work with and comfortable to have in our home. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to make this pretty stressful situation easy. They stuck to every timeline and delivered excellent quality work. They were always responsive to calls and texts, and always kept us updated. They even coordinated the flooring work to coincide with a time we were already out of town to minimize our disruptions, which is an incredible bonus with two young kids! Truly top-notch service. Wish they did more than restorations!

First Atlantic did a fantastic job with our kitchen restoration! But, more importantly… we had a complicated situation with insurance and they advocated for us through it all. Brian D, our PM, Brian who handled the mitigation phase, Alex our carpenter — meticulous, neat, and made our cabinets look better than before. Very detailed oriented and pleasant. Our assistant PM, Mark was a great support as well!

Last Saturday morning, I went under my house to inspect my crawl space, something I do once or twice a year. I noticed a small damp spot near my half bath and laundry room, and after a closer look, I found a small leak in the wall of the half bath—it didn’t look good. I called my insurance company, and they suggested contacting a plumber and a restoration company. I reached out to First Atlantic Restoration outside of normal business hours and was quickly connected to their on-call representative, Jeremy. He could not have been more helpful! Even though there was no damage to my home’s contents—only structural issues within the wall, which isn’t a service they handle—Jeremy still took the time to listen, explain, and point me in the right direction.
