Used them in the past so called on Monday as I had an issue with outlet in bathroom. She took my information said she would email with appointment. Never got email even checked junk folder. Called again Tuesday left message, never heard back. So I called another company. They came over all taken care of. I worked in customer service at least call me let me know you didn't have time for my issue or you didn't think my job was big enough for you

The team at First Light Electric is wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable and detailed. As a contractor, they make every effort to be available at the right time in a project. They have fair prices, and the office staff is responsive and friendly. We are always pleased with their work

Called First Light to have a service panel replaced, a hot tub, car charger and rv outlet out in. A very friendly and professional voice, Carol, answered the phone and in quick order answered all of my questions and said she would get someone out as quick as possible. A day after calling them Wayne stopped by to look at the job. I found him to be very professional, easy to speak with, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. An estimate was back to me within a week, which was very reasonable considering it was spring and construction of all types was in full swing. When I called Carol back to schedule I once again found her to be professional, organized, and quite friendly and easy to work with. A date was set to do the work, again, quicker ham I had expected. I found the work crew the day of the job to be timely, clean, professional, I noticed the care they took with the houset, taking off shoes when needed, being careful of furniture and fixtures. The work was completed faster than estimated. The wiring and boxes looked great, and the work environment was left clean. As a contacted myself, I found the work crew to be easy to communicate with, and their work was spot on. Carol called after the job to work out payment. I was again surprised when the bill came and was lower than the estimate! Another plus for the work crew and their efficient job, to Carol, for handling the accounting in a very timely and efficient way, and to the whole crew at first light for a top notch job. I would totally recommend First Light without hesitation.

First Light did a great job switching out all the lighting at my office building. They even helped with getting the available ETO rebates for my project. Thanks First Light!

This company is absolutely the best electrical company to work with. First Light was quick to get our temporary services set for several homes and our water district after the Holiday Farm Fire. They brought their crew up and were able to get power for people who needed it most right away. Great work, Great People, Great Service!
