I called Fisk Electric to fix an electrical issue with my home because we have had them out before on two other occasions and have always been happy with our service. Today was no different! Both Jack and Joseph responded to our home today for what I can only describe as a "Christine" electrical problem. Jack arrived on time as he said he would prepared for anything. He was very thorough, pleasant and professional from the moment he arrived. He did a thorough diagnostic and hid his first diagnostic impression what a problem with the connection on National Grid’s part of the line. He recommended we call them, gave us the direct line phone number and the exact description of what had to be done. Jack assured me if there any problems after National Grid’s came out I could just give him a call and would do his best to come back out ASAP. National Grid concluded not only exactly what he diagnosed, but also upon deeper inspection the main breaker showed charring and a melted area way back at the board where it was hard to see. So they fixed their part of the line and I called Jack back to give him their findings and sent pictures. While Jack himself wasn’t able to get back today, he sent Joseph out to handle the problem. Joseph was great as well! He arrived a couple hours later (which worked out perfectly because it allowed National Grid to complete their work along with Nelso to remove a tree branch). Even though it was getting late in the day, Joseph jumped right in to replace the main breaker. After he pulled the main breaker, he discovered some unsightly wear on the adjacent tandem breaker. While it still worked, he gave me the option that if I wanted him to replace it he would shoot over to Lowe’s and pick one up since he was out of stock in his van. To be on the safe side, I opted to replace it. Despite nightfall was closing in and could’ve said it was too late to fix today, Josh was off to Lowes and back in a flash with all the parts needed to fix the problem. Not only did Josh get the electric back up and running properly, but when he done my dusk to Dawn light started working again! I would HIGHLY recommend Fisk Electric to anyone with electric problems! And if you’re lucky enough to have either Jack or Joseph as your electrician rest assured you’re in very good capable hands! Fisk Electric goes above and beyond to be: - Professional - On time - Thorough - Efficient - And they make a point to avoid charging you for things you don’t need unlike other electric service companies. I very highly recommend this business. We called for an emergency issue, and Jack walked us through troubleshooting the problem over the phone first, saving us a huge weekend service call bill. Once he was sure the situation was not a danger, we made an appt for an estimate. Our service Professional was Josh, who showed up right on time, and spent time fully assessing our issue. Josh was kind, thorough, professional, and fixed our problem the same day. He was clearly skilled and knowledgeable, and when he was done we felt certain we were safe and the issue was resolved. My husband and I just purchased our first home that came with a mess of electrical issues. Jack reached out within a few hours of submitting an inquiry form and put together a quote within that same 24 hour window. We were ecstatic to hear a tech could come out the next day to start the work. We had the pleasure of working with Travis and he installed 11 new grounded 3 prong outlets in our second floor living space in less than 45 minutes. He did a great job and we can’t wait for them to return in October to complete our panel upgrades and garage!! Fisk Electric will be my 1st choice for electrical work forever. Both Jack and Travis are incredibly professional, efficient, and are phenomenal at explaining everything (and in a way that doesn’t make me feel like an idiot). They initially did some work for me and when I had an issue last night, Travis came out this afternoon and remedied the issue without a problem. Fisk Electric was wonderful to work with!! My fiance & I just bought our first house and Fisk Electric came recommended by our relator. We knew the entrance cable needed to be replaced, and were dreading this process at first. When I called Jack I gave him a list of things I wanted to look at, he promptly came the very next morning and looked at everything. He then gave me an estimate and scheduled the work to be done the following week. He did all of the scheduling with National Grid & the City & an inspector which saved me the headache. Replaced this AND our electrical panel (before & after photos attached below) all in 1 day! Jack was incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. We feel so much better having this taken care of in our new home! We will definitely reach out to Fisk for future projects.

I met Jack from Fisk Electric at the Home Show 2025 in Syracuse. I was asked to take a magnet and I did. I had trouble with my hall fan, so I called and left a message. My call was promptly returned and a service call was placed for 10:15 am. Jack was promptly at my home at 10:15 am as promised. He checked the fan and stated to check the battery in the remote. Sure enough, it was the battery! Thank you!!

Had some house work done. Travis was sent and he was honest. He got the job done, it’s not my first time using Fisk and it’s not going to be my last. This is a great company if you ever need electrical work done.
