I had been watching and agonizing a long time over the crack in the basement wall through which water occasionally seeped in. I had envisioned a major project with digging and the yard turned upside down but when I called Steve it turned out that the solution was very simple (if you had the right knowledge and equipment) and involved no digging. The entire repair could be done from the inside. The crack from floor to ceiling was repaired in a few hours leaving essentially no trace. The area with the crack was now smooth and everything cleaned up by the team before leaving. I’m very happy and I highly recommend Steve and his team.

Essentially saved a basement and home sale. Found water ingress in the home inspection and AKME was on site for a review and had the job finished within a few weeks. Steve has a great finishing contractor as well who knows how to work with his water proofing solution to ensure no issues when you want to finish an area. HIGHLY recommend if you want a lifetime solution from a pro.

We have used Steve for a couple of major water challenges we had inside and out. One involved a massive project with a very large retaining wall. The wall project has been very successful, so we called him back to work on our leaking basement wall. This project has been a success as well. I highly recommend them.

Steve and his team did an incredible job! They hooked up my home with a brand new French Drain and Vapor Barrier over the course of two days, and it is some of the highest quality work I have ever seen! The crew was extremely professional, well organized, and they were so quiet i almost forgot they were working a few times. My crawlspace feels like brand new. We were remodeling our basement and our contractor noticed water coming into the basement from our foundation after demolition. We called a couple companies out to review and diagnose. The first company did not even find the source of the leak but recommended installing a drain along the entire foundation wall for $10k Steve with AKME was our second appointment and right off the bat I could tell Steve was very knowledgeable. Steve found the crack where the water was coming into the house and his recommended solution was a fraction of the cost compared to first company. Needless to say, we chose AKME and are very pleased with the results.
