We had a great experience with Marquez Foundation from start to finish. We got several estimates from other companies and their estimate was the most reasonably priced. Danny checked our foundation & elevation when he came to check things out for the estimate just to make sure everything with that was good. They poured a 12x38 patio and added steps to it, installed a drainage system in the flower bed that drains to the backyard (our house is a little lower than street level), they excavated around the front and right side of the home to expose the foundation (it was below ground level causing water intrusion during heavy rain through weep holes), they removed our old flower bed and built a new one out of austin stone. The initial flower bed they built wasn't exactly what I had pictured, I communicated that to Danny, they came back out 2 days later, broke it apart, and completely redid it! The communication via Danny and Juan was top notch. Their crew showed up early everyday. Also, in the process of excavating for the patio, they accidentally cut our internet line. A few days later the owner personally came to our home to hand us a Mastercard giftcard to cover the charge from At&t to fix it. I highly highly recommend them, exceptional customer service!

I had 3 other foundation companies provide me with an estimate but I picked Marquez because I felt they were honest, genuine, and a better value They worked out a plan that I could work with and completed the job in one day. They were punctual and cleaned up afterwards which is very important.
