I never write reviews but after my experience with trying to get the bottom of what was going on with my house and potentially y foundation, I can’t say enough good things about Hercules Foundation Repair and their representative, Cory. He was incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my situation in detail. Cory communicated clearly, educated me on what was actually going on with my foundation, and ultimately saved me from spending nearly $20,000 with another Austin-based company that was being extremely dishonest about the work needed. It’s rare to find someone so upfront and trustworthy in this industry. Cory’s professionalism and integrity truly stood out, and because of that, Hercules Foundation Repair has earned my highest recommendation. If you think you have a foundation issue, talk to Cory — you’ll be glad you did.

Hercules did an amazing job on our foundation. We hired another company to do our foundation, but there was a scheduling conflict that left me scrambling to find a last minute replacement crew. Collin worked with me to get a crew out ASAP, and Diego and his guys did a fantastic job. The work was fast, professional, and when they were done they cleaned up and had the place looking better than it did when they got there. If you need foundation work, this is the team you need to hire.

I had six different inspections done to find out who was the most honest and straightforward with pricing. I called everyone recommended by neighbors, and honestly, some of the experiences were shady. Each with a different more expensive requirement. When the owner of Hercules came out, he said, "You don’t need all that. You only need this. I’m not going to charge you for unnecessary fixes. And if I’m wrong, I’ll come back and do it for free." He even put it in writing. They’re direct, no sales gimmicks, no nonsense—just straight answers and fair pricing. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

When I needed it most... My house is 16 years old, out of warranty and the foundation started to crack. I called Allen at Hercules prior to the pandemic. He came out and measured, Found that the second story and garage were pulling away from the rest of the structure. Due to expense, I had to wait for repairs. I had no idea I would be waiting for the next two years almost due to CoVid. For those two years all I could think about was my house my house falling and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. A few months ago, I felt like I was finally able to address the foundation. I called Allen again. Not only did he remember me, but he was here within a few days to reassess the house, give me a quote and schedule the work. Still, I had to wait. With the pandemic, material prices went up and so the cost of the repair. I was in a situation - again. I can't say enough about how Allen waited on me, worked with me and made sure I was able to get the repairs I needed. In addition, the crew he sent out was awesome! They led me through every step of the process. Lauren helped me with the financials and invoicing; they sent someone to walk me through the actual repair and let me know what was going to be done; they were here on schedule and completed the job in only two days!!! Not only did they close all the holes, it was as if the holes had not been there at all when literally saw grown men disappear into the ground around my house! When I needed it most, I felt like I was family - not financial gain. Hercules is a company you can truly rely on to do the job of caring for your needs and doing quality work. Hercules did a great job walking me through the process and helping me plan for what to expect with my foundation repair. McCoy was in constant communication with me as the process unfolded and I was very happy with the work and clean up after the job.

Hercules came out to level my house and did a fantastic job. They were in and out within the quoted time frame and all of the work was done well. I would recommend them to anyone.
