100% scam operation. They stole tens of thousands of dollars from our 86 year old neighbor by targeting him & approaching him in front of his old house. They promised to fix the roof, but simply tore off a perfectly functional section of it, and then left a big pile of debris and kept demanding more cash. "Mark" from Queen City Basement & Foundation then kept pressuring my elderly neighbor for EVEN MORE CASH until we intervened. Hard to believe this scam operation "company" is licensed and bonded in the state of Washington (complaint has been filed). Additionally, the downtown Bellevue address they use is also fake, as anybody can purchase a mailing address in a commercial building these days. And of course they use fake Google reviews to appear as legit. Avoid these scammers!
Excellent experience from start to finish. The team delivered high quality underpinning work with structural integrity and attention to detail. Project was completed on time and with in budget. Had Jason come out and inspect my foundation,they repaired a crack that had moisture build up, the crack was repaired and the wall was waterproofed interior and exterior , what an amazing team of guys will definitely use in the future.
We had a leak in our basement,Jason was very responsive on booking us in for a inspection, they assesd the problem Swifty and professionally , we had our basement water tight again in no time ! Definitely recomend this company .
