Dillon is one of those few contractors who cares about his work, his customers and his workers! To be sure of customer satisfaction, Dillon will under-promise, and over-perform! He is confident in his work and capable in his performance, so his customers can be comfortable in the results...!

If it were possible to give a lower rating than 1 star I would. Lets begin with the cost first we got a quote for $125 then it was $150. 3 men entered to compete the job of mounting a TV to the wall. We then had to provide the tools (stud finder, level, screw driver, requested screws, hammer ...) Obviously unprepared for the job. The TV 55 in was mounted barely off the floor, my 5 month old mini cockapoo would jump and touch the screen. The man supervising the job left within minutes of arrival and when he returned ( he himself advised the TV was too low) I expressed dissatisfaction with the height and requested that the job be completed to satisfaction. We were advised that they would return the following Monday. Initial job was done on a Saturday. We were quoted a $75 charge to correct. We then received a text quote of $110 dollars. On the Monday no one contacted us (we had an appointment for 11) when we reached out we were advised that we would get a call. No one called. After several requests... So all in all we were given 4 different quotes for the same job. It was not completed to client satisfaction and failed to even reach out to correct after several calls and text messages. Employees were unprepared and did not have the sufficient knowledge to properly complete the job. We have done work in our apartment had our entire kitchen redone and never had such a horrible experience. DO NOT trust the Home Depot referral service we were under the impression that professionals would be handing this project and we were proven very wrong. How unprofessional to leave a client unsatisfied and not even try to resolve the issue when ample opportunity is provided.

Noone can ask for a better company. Noone can do a better job, I had some bad experience with other contractors but Dillon was really a straight forward guy. Between our busy schedules he managed to keep his word and finish on time.
