Emilio is fantastic. My heat wasn't working (during one of the coldest weeks this year), and I had my building electrician take a look. They checked everything and said that it was just too cold outside. Emilio was able to drop by on the same day and he instantly saw that it there was an issue with the boiler (which my own building folks couldn't detect). Fixed it within minutes and stayed to make sure the apartment heated up.
