John Lee, owner, personally responded to my inquiry for an inspection of my property. An inspection was scheduled immediately and completed. The calculations were compiled showing the need for repairs. The estimate for this work was very reasonable compared to other bids I had received. The job was approved and started quickly. Workers showed up on time and worked every day as scheduled until the job was completed. During the process workers discovered broken sewer pipes underneath the house and John Lee immediately showed up and scheduled a plumbing contractor to inspect and identify the issues. After the sewer pipes were replaced, John Lee stepped in again and worked hard with my insurance company and their inspector to get coverage. John Lee provided all documentation and personally met with the inspector, taking time to get to the source of the issues involved. So my family and I just moved to a house built in 1931 that was having foundation problem. We contacted Dallas Fort Worth Foundation Repair. These guys are really professionals, hardworking and moving fast. They did good job on leveling our house, replaced a lot of old beams. I can say they used pretty good wood for this. They replaced a lot of rotten wood piers with concert blocks as well. John is reachable at all times. He is easy to communicate with and he is honest person. We happy with work that guys did.
