I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Robert and his team at We Crawl Spaces for encapsulating my crawlspace. The quality of work was top-notch – they take great pride in what they do. Crew lead/foreman Tristan led the install team. He was professional and respectful of my schedule. He kept me updated daily, and ensured that work was done in a way that would not interfere with my wife and I's work-from-home schedules. What really stood out to me was the owner Robert's personal involvement throughout the entire project. He explain every step and answered so many questions. He came by daily to ensure that work met his high standards. Robert was transparent. He identified things multiple prior (certified home) inspectors missed - or didn't bother to point out. Things that were little issues now, but would lead to bigger ones down the road. Instead of glossing over them to get to the next job, he informed me and advised me of options I had to ensure I got the most out of my investment. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail that went into this project, and I highly recommend We Crawl Spaces to anyone looking for any crawlspace and/or foundation services.

We had We Crawl Spaces come out to do a half encapsulation and install an AprilAire dehumidifier in our crawl space, and they did an awesome job. The crew was on time, professional, and worked really hard the entire time. You can tell they take pride in what they do because everything was done right from start to finish. Our crawl space looks great now, and we’ve already noticed a big difference with the humidity and air quality in the house. I’d definitely recommend We Crawl Spaces to anyone in the Chesapeake area looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality work!

We Crawl Spaces was fantastic! Tristin, Joe, and the rest of the crew are true craftsmen of their trade. They sister joists, installed new jacks, and added a new vapor barrier and a dehumidifier. Hands down, some of the best guys I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

Robert is great to work with - quick to respond, always right on it, and very easy to schedule with. Many foundation repair companies take quite a while to come out for an estimate, but Robert is able to work in appointments with a pressing deadline. It is much appreciated as a Realtor! I have found his pricing to be very competitive and he is quick to get the work scheduled that needs to be done!

Robert and his team did an amazing job restoring my crawlspace after it was flooded. I was super impressed when Robert and his team totally renovated my crawlspace for half of the price that two other companies had quoted me. Robert is reachable even after the work is completed.
