A-1 Concrete Leveling Colorado Springs

Extremely professional and efficient! I thought my walkway was beyond repair, but the results far exceeded my expectations. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and it was a real pleasure watching their work transform the space in real time.

My experience with A1 concrete was top notch all around. Unfortunately, I had some previous mud jacking that failed after two attempts and the prior company went out of business. Initially I corresponded with Eric who I believe is the company owner over email about my situation. He was hesitant on whether or not they would be able to help me given the prior mud jacking and explained their process and why they often can’t go back in to fix things after prior mud jacking. He did however send Steve on his crew to come out and take a look and give an estimate. The turnaround time from when Steve came out to the estimate was a few hours and they got me scheduled pretty quickly. They even moved up my project due to weather concerns since I guess their process requires it to be 50° or higher for the equipment to work. Laura the scheduler was communicative throughout the whole process. Kathel and Evan were the team that came out. Kathel was honest, taking a look at the prior work before they got started and let me know they would try their best but may not be successful and would keep me posted. Fortunately, they were able to raise up the laundry room floor where it had dropped. They took care of the garage and driveway. They cleaned everything up and left it in better condition than when they arrived. If you are in need of concrete leveling, I would recommend the team at A1 without hesitation. They are reliable, honest, trustworthy, friendly and stand behind their work. I also got the impression throughout my interactions with everyone that they are just genuinely good people who take pride in their work. Thank you so much for a job well done.

Kathel and Evan did an outstanding job on our driveway lift. It dropped down about 1.5 inches and was a real trip hazard. They raised it removed all the old caulking, recaulked, and seal the holes. They were very meticulous and cleaned the work area, you would have never thought anyone had been working there. My neighbor saw how great the job was and is making an appointment. Eric came out to provide the estimate and explained the process, he to was very professional. The cost was very reasonable. A1 for all your concrete needs. Many thanks

Overall great experience with A-1 Concrete Leveling. We had a few sections of the sidewalk in front of our house that were a tripping hazard as the ground settled. They responded quickly to our quote request, the price was very reasonable, and scheduling the work was very easy. Their team showed up on time, worked quickly to get the sidewalk repaired, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use them again for a future job if we had the need.

Eric came to evaluate my foundation issue. It was something that needed more than concrete leveling. He was very generous with his time, and it was invaluable to have an experienced, honest, and unbiased opinion on how to approach our problem. Highly recommend this company.

Edit Review: For the 100th time Eric, it was the lie about the rebar, you didnt say potential rebar your team said you used a metal dectector. I never took the cheap way out either. I don't mind fixing it the right way the first time. All you needed to do was apologize and move on but you felt the need to threaten getting a lawyer involved so I would "respond." You never handled this with professionalism! You have also lied in your response as well. Your company NEVER looked in my garage! Ive never taken this review down, maybe it was reposted because I had to add photos since you wanted to start a debate. The rebar that was claimed that was in my garage foundation was non existent, my sidewalk could have been lifted (which I was going to use A1 for) instead of it being completely replaced! I replaced my entire sidewalk due to his advice. I had several bids for my sidewalk to be lifted, and he was the first one to claim that there was rebar. I respected his honesty, and decided to be diligent. Eric also claims that my sidewalk was beyond repair (it was not).That it has rebar in my porch, it does not! I attached the picture to show my walkway was not "utterly" destroyed . Please do your due diligence before using this company!

I would highly recommend A-1. We are selling our house and they came out to do an estimate on work recommended from the inspection. They managed to fit us in their schedule quick since we are closing this month which was a huge relief to us. Eric, who came to do the estimate, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and honest. It turned out things weren't as bad as the inspector thought, and Eric's recommendations are saving us A LOT of money. He didn't try to upsell or pressure us into anything we didn't need, which is so refreshing these days. He was also very helpful with his suggestions on moving forward and was kind enough to work with and pass all the details along to our realtor. I cannot emphasize how helpful he was and how much he eased our stress during this process. If you need any of this kind of work done, even if it's just an estimate, you can't go wrong with A-1. You will not regret working with such an honest and professional company.
