Hydra will always be our go-to for any foundation, basement, drainage etc needs! They came out to take a look at something related to our foundation, and while at our house noticed we were temporarily diverting our downspout to the yard as the service line had collapsed. We’d already received an estimate from a certain big name Columbus area plumbing company to replace the lines, and Hydra quickly provided an estimate for half the cost and less damage to our yard. The plumbing company was going to cut through our pavers and sidewalk, but Hydra carefully dug underneath and even preserved all of our landscaping plants. While on the job, they did an additional scope and found that a stretch of pipe was actually intact, and saved us even more. The plumbing company would have no doubt sold us a ton of unnecessary work. Hydra is quick, fairly priced, and doesn’t try to sell you work you don’t need. The owner is honest and friendly. Extra kudos to their team for working tirelessly to hack through large tree roots in the oppressive July heat and humidity. You never wish for large repairs, but if the needs arise, we will hire Hydra again and again!

This is the second time I have had Hydra out to my house to do some work. The first was a year ago when they waterproofed my basement. This time they spent two days doing some structural work. The owner, Noah, told me that the work would be nothing less than 100%. He lived up to his word. I will have them back to incapsulate my crawl-space within a year. These guys are great, they're fair, honest and their pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Hydra was great to work with and has employees I could trust. Noe, the owner, clearly explained what was needed to stop water infiltration into our basement. His crew worked hard and were very polite. They also kept dust and disruption to a minimum. Noe went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the work, even doing a couple of extra small jobs at no charge. They came in and eradicated a few mold spots, scraped and sealed the walls and coated with two coats of paint. They also removed the dreaded Clintonville concrete sink. These guys were THOROUGH! Honest, knowledgeable, professionals who solved our problem. We had a wet wall and some water on our floor in our basement. We called three companies (two of which are very well known and advertise on radio and TV). The two well-known companies came out to our house with brochures and presentation materials. Both companies told us they could "fix" our water problems and water-proof our basement for about $22,000 to $28,000. Though each company's representative spent time going through our basement, as it turned out neither of these companies actually identified our actual problem. Both were there to sell us their solution, not to identify and fix our specific problem. Hydra was the third company to come out to give us an estimate. Hydra' representative went down into our basement, examined the wet areas of our basement, and then went outside, and found our actual problem. They fixed our problem for a little over $3,000. The labor included have to dig a trench across our driveway, which they repaired. If you have water problems, you owe it to yourself to have Hydra look at it. The difference between them and the "big" companies was stunning and instructive. If I ever have another water or foundation issue, Hydra's the only company I'll be calling.
