I have had the pleasure of working with Denton Foundation Repair over the years from minor items to major. Mark Baird is awesome and I feel like this company is more like family to me. Mark heard I lost a pretty large branch from a tree out front from Monday morning’s storm. What does he do? Sends a crew out the very next day to remove that limb and leave it spic-n-span clean. I have the utmost trust in this company for foundation repair, but also for providing that down home genuine care they have for their customers who they meet along the way on the road of life. Denton Foundation Repair is undeniably the most knowledgeable and honest foundation company in the area. I know this because I initially contacted several foundation companies, including Denton foundation repair for an evaluation of my foundation. Three of the four companies who evaluated the foundation quoted thousands, however, only Denton foundation repair took the time to encourage me to have the sewer line assessed explaining that the foundational issues may be due to potential sewer issues. Though they could have also quoted me thousands, instead I was provided an expert evaluation and guidance that proved to be 100% correct. This instead saved me thousands. Thank you Mark Baird!

I can’t speak to this company’s work but if my interaction with Mark was any indication then I am sure they would have done an outstanding job! Mark drove over 45 minutes to meet me at my house for a bid on leveling my pier and beam home. He was very punctual, so much so that he beat me there by a few minutes! When I showed him around my home and all of the issues I had, he seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After one of his hands, who was also very courteous and professional, checked under the house and gave us a report Mark was quick to tell me that it was not as bad as I had thought. He went on to say that what we were experiencing was pretty normal for the area and not as big of a cause for concern as we had believed. He gave me several tips on ways to mitigate the shifting of the house in the future and really made me feel better about the whole situation. I felt like he was a very trustworthy guy who wasn’t trying to push or sell anything unnecessary. That was exactly what I needed being a first time homeowner who was really out of his league with all of this. In the end Mark left without charging me anything for his time and with a smile on his face. If someone is feeling overwhelmed trying to find a foundation company they can trust then I cannot recommend Denton Foundation Repair enough!! I will definitely be calling them in the future if I do end up needing repairs!

I had a lot of concerns about my old house but they came out and told me everything was just fine and told me a few minor things I could do, but didn't try to sell anything. I was very worried about an expensive repair and he was so great assuring us we were ok. He could have easily sold us a big unnecessary repair but didn't. If I ever do need work done, I won't even get a second quote from anyone else.

Awesome company. I'm was planning a big renovation (on a peir and beam) and had to start with leveling, of course! They came out real quick and gave me a quote. Gave me one with just leveling like it is or fixing it like it should be. I'm glad I went with option 2! The house is nice and level and no more rattling when you walk through the house. Was very quick and professional. Cleaned up after and even made sure all my doors could still open and shut, even if some where stubborn! They even helped chase down one of my dogs when they escaped! I highly recommend them and would give more stars if I could!

Mark is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and honest. He took the time to inspect our foundation carefully and tell us what was and wasn’t worth spending money on. His advice is going to save us thousands of dollars. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
