First off; sales guy Joe was great. That's why I went with this company. SALES TEAM IS GREAT. 2ND: They said it was a 2 day job. No-call no show the 1st day. I called, receptionist was nice and understanding, then ghosted. Received a call the next day from the "team lead" apologizing. Stating more people were coming to complete the job in 1 day. They showed up, placed the drain in the wrong place(highest point in my yard. This was not discussed and opposite if what the sales guy said.) I had a 3rd party confirm. Called(no response) emailed within 48 hours. They sent someone to contradicted Joe. Then offered to knock two new holes in my foundation,, patch wholes, trim the plastic liners left( so I could lay even floors, and cover the whole they left( to check the system in the future. ) Plastic was cut .haven't had the funds to insure the holes where patched. Hole in floor left exposed. Update: find another company. They put the drain in the wrong spot without my permission. They did come and re-inspect only to advise the would have to put TWO new holes in my foundation to correct the error.( this was done in Feb 2025) they ran a drainage spout, that was barely covered( only dug 4 inches below ground) . Now September of 2025, the system they built brings on the giant cockroaches( the ones the size of your big toe or size of the non-flying palmetto bugs. Mind you I have terminix come a monthly and never had this issue before. And they left a hole in my floor saying" this is how we check to make sure the drainage is working".) So unless you want to let bugs in your house, don't receive follow up calls answered, or be given a receipt, find another company to do it. Editing review to show pic/ proof(unable to add video's) of the hole left in my floor, allowing bugs to enter my home, showing plastic lining not removed as promised, to proper lay flooring. And proof the project was delayed and no update given to the next day. I am also adding this information , since the company states my review does not match their records. My short review is: The customer service and sales provided is pretty good. The work provide, is why I am recommending people find another company. Good customer service doesn't over ride crappy work, that the company does not take accountability for and properly fix.

I recently had Dry Otter Waterproofing complete a full crawlspace transformation at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Great work on a big job! Will and Josh transformed our crawlspace in under 2 days. They're great workers, fixing up a mess of a crawlspace and had everything cleaned and sealed up in ship shape when they left. Will and Josh are also friendly, kind people. Just good to have around. A couple of pictures of the finished Crawlspace and the Dehumidifier that is now one of my controllable devices through my wifi.

Big shout out to Dry Otter for completing our encapsulation of our crawl space. William, Josh and Luis knocked it out in less than a day and a half and were great on communicating to me before, during and after the install. They also sent me photos of some other issues that we would want to take care of if we were to sell the house. Marcus Smith our sales representative for Dry Otter was also very easy to work with from the time of the inspection until the install. Marcus was able to give us a really good price and fit us into the schedule in a timely manner. My crawl space is now below 55% humidity and I can now have a peace of mind that the moisture under my house will be taken care of for many years to come. From Tyler (performing the original basement inspection and developing the plan/estimate), to Carmyn (arranging the appointment and ensuring I had all the info I needed), to Trey & Desmond (keeping me informed on their arrivals/departures, taking care of the encapsulation, getting the work done professionally & in a timely manner, and having Adam make sure I was getting what I needed) this experience was a 10 out of 10 Awesome! They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would get it done and never made me wonder what was going on.
