Jason and his team worked tirelessly all day Friday and Saturday to get our old 1980 filthy WET crawl space looking spick and span. Not only did they encapsulate and insulate, they also dug a drain for us, installed a sump pump, dehumidifier, and accent lights. It was a big project and I wish I had a before picture of the space. The only misunderstanding I had was about the electrical outlet on install. Because of the way the online estimate functioned, it was not clear that this was an optional add-on. Therefore when the job was done and connected to several extension chords, in my mind, the job was actually not done. Jason was sincerely apologetic about the miscommunication and even offered to cover half of the cost for the electrician. The outlet install was more than Jason or I anticipated and ended up costing me an additional 2k. Jason, a good business man, kept his word and covered half. We are looking forward to better air quality in our home, better control of humidity, and a solid support for our foundation of our home that so clearly was missing before this install. Great work, by honest people. He gave me multiple options and suggestions, didn't try to talk me into anything that I didn't REALLY need. I just bought an older house that had a an old (non working for years) sump underneath with nothing but dirt floors below. During rainy days and humid summers, I had moisture issues inside because of it. They mentioned that I would likely need another sump pump but since I never saw standing water under there, I passed on that and they installed a moisture barrier and dehumidifier. A few weeks later I look under there with rain and found standing water, that's because I DID need a sump pump like he suggested initially. The water was just absorbing back into the dirt previously (which is why I never saw it) and the moisture barrier was stopping it from going back into the ground. This was on ME not them. He told me at the first visit, "if you don't call, I can't help you" encouraging me that if I had issues, to just let them know. Well I called after I found the standing water on my new moisture barrier, and they came BACK out to do the sump pump that he initially recommended. I was treated fairly, priced fairly, and they are good group of hard working guys. I Will continue to use them and recommended them. And just wanted to say, I'd take their recommendation the first time, just so you don't have to have them come out twice like I did. He is an honest guy, and literally just a phone call away. The humidity in my crawl space has dropped significantly. I'm happy!
