Beware!!! Pinam construction took advantage of my elderly mother (86). Promises were made that were not delivered. They did not satisfactorily complete the first 34K job they were under contract for and refused to refund my mother a $5,400 deposit for a second small job that they never started.
Pinam Construction was professional from the beginning to end of our project. They responded to all questions and concerns promptly and their crew was professional, tidy, efficient, and did quality work. The mold remediation, ceiling replacement, insulation installation and clean up went smoothly and looks fantastic. Taylor in the office along with John and Ed who oversaw the work were great. We will use them again.
I called them to shore-up and level my sagging wood floor.Their crew arrived on time, did all of the work in a very reasonable time, and took all of the debris with them. They were respectful and professional. There have been no further issues. We are very, very pleased.
