Highly recommend. This summer we had 2 window wells replaced, an egress added, well covers added, and regrading. The entire team of people we worked with from Sherry in the office to the guys coming over and doing the work, it was all fantastic, fairly priced, proactive, respectful and responsive! Thank you!

We interviewed several contractors regarding fixing/repairing the egress surround, window, small crack repair on the front of the house, concrete slab removal, installing a sump pump and drain tile. This was a very large project and a few contractors didn’t want to touch the project or the suggestions for repair weren’t sound. There were a few companies that made us feel like we were being sold a product and not a solution. After talking to a co-worker we decided on A+ Environmental. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. On May 29th 2018 they began work on our basement. The workers were very professional, answered all our concerns, and completed the project within about 3 days! The team even helped by coming up with a way to put up plastic to block the dust from coming up from our open stairwell. This was a concern, since we have kids. It is a relief to no longer be running down to the basement every time we hear that it’s raining. This has been a very wet summer/fall so far, but we haven’t had any water in the basement. In fact, once the egress was fixed and the concrete slab was removed the newly installed sump pump hasn’t even turned on. It is good peace of mind to know that there is a sump pump if we need it. We have been recommending A+ Environmental to others we know that have had foundation and basement water issues.

In the summer of 2019 we hired A+ Environmental to help us with our basement. Our house is about 120 years old, the concrete porch in the back is in poor shape, and while we’re not in a floodplain the water table in our location is high. When these factors are added together it can make for a muddy mess in the basement if we get enough rain. A+ Environmental installed a sump system and drain tiling and did some repair work on the basement walls as well. The guys doing the work were fast, polite and friendly and they really did a great job. A few weeks after they finished we had a bad rain storm, the kind that would leave a lot of mud in the basement before they did the work. During this storm I found a very small trickle of water coming from an unexpected place under the stairs so I called them up. They came right away and took care of the issue and our basement has been dry and pleasant ever since. You never know how good a business is until you call them for warranty work and in our case I’d have to say that A+ Environmental is outstanding. While we've had other remodeling projects completed at our home, this was, by far, the most positive experience we've ever had. From start to finish, we could not be more pleased with their customer service, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our particular project involved three window replacements and installation of a new large window in our basement. We received prompt and courteous service for the estimate process, which continued through the last day we were involved with Mike Foerster, Ethan Foerster and their crew. The demo and final install took less than 48 hours because of their expertise, hard work and fantastic standard. While this improvement will lead to other planned projects in our home we, without hesitation, would work with A+ Environmental, Mike Foerster and their team, again. In fact, we look forward to the next project involving this excellent team.

We had drain tile installed in our entire basement with sump pump last summer. Wow what a difference the 100 yr old field stone basement is now safe to store anything. The guys were professional and hardworking, couldn't believe how quickly the job got completed. Great value and workmanship!

The initial inspection and estimate were very thorough and informative. I felt heard with what I had to share, and questions that I asked were explained to me clearly and respectfully. The receptionist was especially kind and accomodating as she scheduled the install date and kept me informed throughout the months leading to repairs/installation. The crew was able to start a day early and finiished in one day. The crew was also polite and respectful. The completed work and basement were very clean upon them leaving. The estimate was the lowest of three we received. The cost came in exactly as quoted.
