I am on here because in 2016, we had really bad leak from our bath room down to our kitchen. After they gutted the bathroom and replaced the bathtub, they worked on our kitchen. One of the people came to paint our livingroom walls (8x20) with a THREE INCH paint roller. I kinda asked the guy, "Wouldn't it be easier if you used a 12" roller instead of a 3"? He said, "This is all I have on me and I just want to get this done." I said, "Yes, but a 3" is going to leave streaks". He said, "I've been doing this for many years. I know what I'm doing." Next day there were streaks everywhere. I called for them to come fix it and they abandoned the job...taking our insurance check funds too. My aunt suffered a stroke and I was gone for several weeks. I left message after message and no one ever called us back. We were busy getting the floors replaced and dealing with the death of my aunt. Here we are...9 years later and I still have a completely gutted bathroom that I was hoping my son would do...but he is not handy that way. I want our money back that this company stole from us...or at least come back and finish the bathroom floor tiling (we have the tiles), finish the walls, replace the vanity that they tore out and dumped, and put the toilet back (we have a new toilet). If you can come finish the job that was abandoned, I will change my review.

Servpro of Ft Collins responded and started the mitigation process the same day I called them after returning from travel to find water leak and damage to bathroom, bedroom and closet. They were very professional and kept me appraised of damage and work to be done. Staff were very professional and polite. A special thanks to Taylor Girone and Gerardo Garcia who did the actual work. I would highly recommend Servpro/Ft Collins if anyone ever needs help.

We had a water leak and mold in our carpet/drywall. Called Saturday morning and they were here in a few hours. Joseph and Johnny were professional, efficient and helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone.

THE WORST. Do NOT let them pack up and take your items "to be cleaned" or let them decide what is "unsalvageable". They will promise you that they will return everything and that they are cataloguing everything, but they won't. What they do is take these items and keep them for themselves. They didn't return $2K worth of items that they said they were cleaning and bringing back (in other words, salvageable items). I have had to itemize and send, resend, escalate and cry in order to get anyone to listen. Meanwhile they gave me a random bill of $6K after I was told I'd paid the last invoice. When asked what this invoice was for specifically, I was given a general 'reconstruction' as the description. That's not enough to validate. The billing woman then threw out an item of work that ServPro did not perform (removing my kitchen cabinets- which my kitchen contractor did). I pointed this out and have pointed out the owed amount of my "lost/stolen" items that would need to be deducted from any bill - but I get zero response. Just threatening emails and texts about a $6k bill I don't believe I owe. Beyond these salvageable items they never returned (containing irreplaceable things), they also designated several lovely items that were in tact as 'unsalvageable' and took them away. My insurance pays for the unsalvageable, but told me I should get those items back to dispose of if I want that. ServPro would not return the items. It took them over 6mo to get me back in my house after a little fire in the living room only. In that time, they painted using the wrong color (though I'd written it down clearly for them to avoid this mistake), installed a waaaay different crown moulding (without my approval), and spent weeks and weeks without coming over or doing anything at all. To be fair, they did correct the paint and crown moulding mistakes, but that only added more time. Some of the people who work here are nice, but not all. The woman in billing, in particular, is horrendous. No empathy, complete impatience, and very discourteous (practically yelling at me and then hung up on me). I wish I never called ServPro. They made an already traumatic experience 10x more traumatic with the way they handled my belongings and my home. While we were displaced, my son died of cancer in the hospital. I could not bring him home to die because of the fire reconstruction. The ServPro team knew about this and was compassionate for a time until it came time to return my items. When I found $2K worth of belongings were missing, they began to ignore me and now threaten me with a bill of unknown origin. I highly discourage anyone from using ServPro.

I would never recommend using Serv Pro of Fort Collins. They are unresponsive. Their estimator just drops projects off and then the Project Manager treats you like a nuisance and fails to return calls or work with your schedule. Then they try and invoice you for preforming no work and refuse to even provide any reason for the invoice. Good luck getting a call back as they refuse to do that and only try to email you. I would give ZERO star if I could. Oh and no one answers the phone after you get transferred from the main office.

We got a report of moisture in a wall from a buyer's inspector while selling our house. We were pretty freaked out to say the least, our home sale was possibly on the line. We called ServPro to come take a look. Brett came out and inspected everything and found no evidence of moisture. He answered our questions until we were satisfied and even wrote up a brief report for us with pictures proving the wall was dry. He definitely could have taken advantage of the situation and did not. What's more, he didn't charge us for the service call even though we offered to pay them something since they were getting nothing out of this visit. Thanks for your honesty and dedication to good service.
