Joel was amazing. I was loosing sleep overnight over some home issues and he came and assured me I was totally fine. He came in time and even put on booties to ensure he didn’t track in dirt which I wasn’t worried about anyway. It was a nice touch. In the end he was honest and didn’t recommend any services I didn’t need. If I ever need his services I will definitely contact him again without hesitation.

We live in Redondo Beach and had a major water leak. Roto Rooter failed to connect a cold water line to our upstairs master bath faucet and it flooded that bathroom and the 1/2 bath laundry room that was being remodeled from a flood as well due to a water leak from a broken pipe. Chris and his team did a great job at getting here the same day to assess the damage with both incidents/leaks. The whole process was easy and straightforward. They also did a great job a laying down a protective barrier to prevent our floor from being damaged. Thanks for all the help!!

I have learned there is good reason I chose to give my business to well respected and reputable companies. Restorerz (Gardena) quickly fell into this category. From the first meeting/quote Joel (project manager) was professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns as well as offered very sound advice. He was supportive and available to me even before I decided to sign a contract with them. He worked with my insurance (AAA – amazing service) providing photos and details of my issue. Once everything was in place they started work the very next day. Joel continued to check in and be involved. Javier (lead) was professional, caring and thorough. He answered my questions, relieved my concerns and even looked out for my safety in my home. Geronimo was also great. This is hard work, especially in the summer months. Zach handled the final negotiations very professionally. I am so grateful to this company and team for making me feel safe in my home again. God forbid you need them, but if you do they will take good care of you.

Restorerz did an amazing job with my water mitigation. I had a leak happen during Thanksgiving week which affected 2 bathrooms. Christopher (CJ) came and did an incredible job surgically taking care of the problem, instead of doing what 2 other companies suggested (demo'ing both bathrooms). He spent a ton of time evaluating and tackling the problem with fans in various places to only need drywall replacement. The team arrived (Cristobal and Eduardo) and were extremely professional. Very considerate (booties worn at all times & polite). Every time there was a person en route to my house, they sent a text where I could track to see how far they were, with an ETA. A great touch. They helped on the day of inspection with the insurance person, giving him perspective on how the job went, and to answer any questions. Having a leak happen is a stressful situation, but everyone from this company was wonderful.

Joel was punctual and professional. He was easy to talk and explained to me the process and gave a quote on the spot within 5 minutes. This company is great!

We had serious water damage due to an undetected water leak under our house. Christopher was able to quickly identify the issue and assist with recommendations within 30 minutes of arriving. He helped make the process very simple!
