We spent some hours researching foundation repair companies and had multiple people come out to look at our house and give us bids. Ramjack sent out a project manager named Shane Taylor. Shane was polite, professional and answered all of my annoying questions. His pier layout that he developed and presented with the bid, was spot on and an engineer confirmed it within a few days. Wendy handled our scheduling and payments and was also friendly and very professional. All our appointments and payments went smoothly with no problems. Now, Shane sold me on the steel pier system but the crew led by Manuel was phenomenal! They showed up, on time and went to work and these guys are pros. It's amazing what they can do in two days time. No matter what your lot looks like while the project is going on, rest assured knowing that it will look like they were never there when they leave. Manuel is the GOAT and had wall cracks closed back that I thought would need more work to seal up. Everything that Shane told me would happen, happened exactly as described with no additional setbacks or cost. Only time will tell how the steel pier system will hold up but I feel confident and great about my decision to go with Ramjack. * I am NOT an actor, nor was I compensated to post this review.

Second time using Ram Jack! My previous foundation repair about 6 years ago has not moved a fraction of an inch. I am very pleased with the previous work so I did not hesitate to contact them again. Your house is meticulously measured to show all of the high/low points and what is required to bring everything back into alignment. The crew was great, completed everything as promised and cleaned up after themselves leaving everything how they found it (vegetation, sprinklers, and landscaping). For most people, your home is your largest investment and I highly Ram Jack should you require foundation work. It will be a fire and forget experience.

Shane Taylor from Ramjack was excellent. He did an outstanding job evaluating and working on my mother’s home. Out of the multiple companies and representatives we had come out, Shane stood out immediately. He was honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the foundation issues we were dealing with. He took the time to walk us through what he was seeing, explained the process in a way we could understand, and answered every question without hesitation. Worth every penny. I had the traditional concrete piers and some steel traditional piers previously, they had to come warranty them every once in a while which was getting old. I should've gone with Ramjack in the first place and got it all done at once property, versus trying to save money with concrete piers. Was very happy with everything, ramjacks technology is far superior vs other traditional push piers. Had Ryan C, come and do the consultation, He was very honest and straightforward. From my 1st quote 2 years ago, until I finally completed the job. The experience was great. Jose Gayton gave a great explanation of the product, which I was sold. May be a little expensive, but you have a limited lifetime warranty. I am big on warranties when it comes to expensive products, so I feel the price is worth it. The staff that came out and completed the work was excellent. Ms. Wendy, who took my payments had great customer service. So from the beginning to the end, I had a great experience. Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend to anyone

After estimates from 4 companies, we decided RamJack would deliver the expertise needed to balance our leaning foundation. After learning the severity of our 60 year old Texas home, we trusted RamJack to secure the foundation the life of our home! The fist presenter gave us the grim facts of the structural needs. He was calm, kind, and knowledgeable. Then an "engineer" came to certify the findings. We received the final scope of work; 24 piers The workers of four, Manuel, Daniel, Jose and Joaquin, came and were 1) polite, 2) clean and neat, 3) gave us explanations every step of the way, (4) arrived and left on time. And, how often does this happen? Just very seldom. We were extremely impressed. My bedroom is level! Thank you!!!

Shane was a great resource for us in all things regarding foundation leveling. He was on time, professional and incredibly thorough. He answers our additional emails and/or calls and helped ease our concerns. The crew that performed the work were amazing.
