Thrasher Foundation Repair

Awesome experience, Thrasher addressed all my concrete issues and were completely transparent about sidewalk areas where tree growth would only continue to impair any work they could do. Very professional, very dependable. I used Thrasher for significant foundation issues at my rental property and am pleased with the results. I will use Thrasher again and will refer them to family and friends.

From estimator, scheduler to installers the group was professional, knowledgable and personable. The work was evaluated and perform quickly and conscientiously. The crew left the sight clean and neat. Wonderful experience and service.

Editing to add that a total of $600 was taken off of our final invoice, which we do appreciate. Brad came over to reassess the work that was done and my husband and I signed off on everything after additional explanation as to why we were still seeing gaps in some areas. I've modified the original rating. It's still low because the financing issue is absolutely unacceptable and has completely changed how we'll finance the rest of our flooring projects. Overall, still an incredibly disappointing experience with Thrasher. Avoid Thrasher at all costs. Our experience with this company has been a nightmare. The representative who came to our home for the estimate — and ultimately convinced us to choose Thrasher over Groundworks — left the company before our project date. We later learned that the financing link he sent us somehow "followed" him to his new employer, a direct competitor. Let that sink in. Our loan information showed up under a completely different company. When I asked for an explanation, we were told we’d have to redo the entire financing process, which would trigger a second hard inquiry on our credit. Completely unacceptable. For the inconvenience, Thrasher offered to deduct $400 from our total — yet the invoice we received does not reflect that discount. It’s honestly unclear if anyone at this company communicates with each other. To make matters worse, the work performed at our home is incomplete. We’ve made two separate requests for someone to assess the issues, and thus far we’ve received zero follow-up. Only a request to send pictures - dude, just come look at the work like your company promises to do. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly struggling with accountability. I can now understand why the original representative left — I just wish we had, too.

Angelo and Caleb were great. On time, got right to work, and mainly I was impressed with how professional they were. Angelo was injecting poly to level my patio slab, and it came out perfect. They were really good about consulting w me every step to be sure I was happy with each step of the job. I saw a kind of artistry really, if I can use that word with cement leveling, but try that’s what they displayed. Working at eye level, checking levels with every poly burst, rechecking, feeling with hands and visual checks back and forth, round and round to make sure it was just right. I am highly satisfied with their work. Thank you!

This review pertains to Thrasher's Annual Inspection on work they have prevously performed. The Annual inspection did reveal the need for some relatively small addition repair work for an aea in the garage, back sidewalk and adjacent area to the rear foundation. The Thrasher teamof Ahmed and Abdullah were conscientious in keeping me apprised of their scheduled time. They provided a clear, succinct overview of the work scheduled, and answered any of my questions before beginning work. They were respectful of my property as they efficiently performed the work. After completion, they cleaned and swept the area where they had worked. Then Ahmed walked through the complete work with me, confirming their work met my expectations. Ahmed was very knowledgeable and provided addition preventaive practical recommendations. Abdullah was a tenaciously focused on the work and clean-up. Both gentlemen provided excellent work and outstanding customer service.

Mark Gebauer was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to help us with a basement water issue that ended up being from a neighbor's broken pipe and wasn't something we needed to remediate afterall. So when we were ready to get our concrete lifted, we knew he'd take great care of us again. Ahmad and crew did a wonderful job lifting our driveway, garage floor, and patio on day 1, then sealing it on day 2. We are totally happy with their work and really appreciate them! Thank you!!!
