LEON FOUNDATION REPAIR

Leon Foundation Repair came and respected our discussion. They didn’t hassle and try to drive a product just to make money, they listened to our concerns and came back with a great plan for our 90+ y/o pier and beam foundation. It took just a couple of days, but they were respectful, responsive, and very reasonable! (It was a significant shift, so I took a photo.) Eduardo Amer did the best job I’ve experienced. And just to let you know: I’ve been involved with housing throughout Texas, and have seen and experienced every type of contractor. With Leon Foundation Repair and Eduardo Amer, you just can’t get better than that!

After the allowed 2 adjustments, the door in question is MUCH worse. After the 1st adjustment it was PERFECT. It closed smoother than EVER with the slightest push of the door, I was ECSTATIC. My home SLIGHTLY shifted within 6 months (unsurprisingly) & the door was not as perfect but STILL better than it initially was. When I asked that they come for one last adjustment before I work on my floors, they adjusted a part of the house they said they would never adjust due to significant cracks It would cause. While it did cause additional cracks (not my plight), it made the door I asked them to address WORSE than ever. I attempted to schedule them on a Sat to avoid them working while I was work at home. After numerous reschedules, I finally agreed to a weekday which did not allow me to speak to the workers. However, I did make it clear when I scheduled them, as well as when they arrived, the request for the adjustment was SPECIFICALLY to address the door NOT an area of the house they initially said was not a good idea to adjust. The door can not be adjusted anymore than it has already, so I'll likely have to have the entire frame re-done but im exploring options including sanding down the door. I'm sure the house is leveled just fine but that was not the point of this review. It was to highlight the miscommunication & lack of acknowledgement on my request. To highlight the conflict between what the last team did vs what the previous team said they would NOT do.

Let me just say, this company is GREAT! Not only do they do top notch work, they have the best prices around! Eduardo was the best estimator! He was very thorough and very informative. When the day came for the repairs, the crew showed up on time and got straight to work. Ernesto, the crew leader was awesome! He explained things as the work progressed, and gave us pointers on future repairs still needed in the house due to it being unleveled for so long. The crew went above and beyond to make sure all the doors and locks worked properly, they even secured loose water pipes that we didn’t even know were loose. A pipe ended up breaking, but they fixed it immediately! They completed the work in 2 days! I recommend Leons a thousand times over!

I was immediately impressed with their professional service — from the time they answered their phone, showed up promptly and prepared at my door, and explained the process necessary to repair my foundation. The representative was personable, knowledgeable and explained how he would repair my foundation with a detailed drawing. I don’t need to contact another repair service. They definitely have my business.

Representative was supposed to be here at 10. They told me if I didn't respond to their call the day before, he wouldn't come. My appointment was for 10am. At 10:30 I called because he never showed up. I told the lady, if he's not here in 10 minutes, tell him not to come. 10 minutes later she called and said he wasn't going to be able to make it today, when would I like to reschedule for? I said NEVER! Ugh. I hate incompetent and disrespectful people. I also read a review that said that the leveling only last a couple of years and you'll have to do it again in 2-3 years! NOPE NOT GETTING MY MONEY!
