I wanted to thank everyone at Star Techn Foundation for a phenomenal and professional job. My experience from the very beginning was excellent. Oscar stopped by to do a free estimate and measurements for the house. He answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of confidence when you speak to him, which makes you trust him. I also love that this is a family-owned business. It made me feel more comfortable. Flor answered all my questions in a timely manner and was able to schedule the project at the perfect time. She also works with you regarding financing, which is a big plus. The project was scheduled to take approximately 3–4 days. Carlos, who was the supervisor, was very kind and supportive to me and my mom from day one. He made us feel comfortable to ask questions, walk around, and take pictures. The rest of the team was genuinely supportive and humble. They made me feel so comfortable that I trusted them completely, even when I had to leave the house to get them food. When it was time to lift the home, Flor and her husband made sure to stop by and coordinate with the crew. They ensured everything was looking good and ran tests to confirm there were no plumbing leaks, which shows their dedication to both the work and the client. The project was completed in a total of three days. Before leaving, the crew made sure to clean the floors and the outside area. They also made sure my mom’s plants were settled back in place and even washed the driveway. I want to give a huge kudos to Carlos. His attention to detail made a big difference, and it shows in the quality of the work. The entire team was amazing. I highly recommend them.

We were nervous about having foundation work done and worried about the cost of the entire project. Star Techn foundation made it so easy, from the inspection day, Oscar explained the issues clearly and Flor gave us options that fit our budget, she also explained the entire process and answered all our questions. From the start to finish the team was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our home.They were prompt, honest and transparent about what we needed to be done. The crew showed up on time each day, they worked hard and made sure they tidy the place before they leave. Oscar was very thorough, he noticed a water leak and fixed it right away, he also noticed roots that’s causing damage to our foundation and recommended a root barrier. I am so glad that this company have the plumbing and root barrier services, I dont have to worry calling another person. The quality of work is fantastic, repairs were done efficiently, they made sure everything was level and secure before leaving. I am very impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. My floors are level, the cracks are gone and the whole house feels solid again. They even raised my walk way, I am amazed how they show concern and care to our home. Kudos to the owners Henry, Flor, Oscar and to the rest of the team. From the initial introduction, measurements of every corner of our home to very competitive pricing to repair of our foundation, we only share positive reviews. Our home foundation needed repair asap and they repaired to excellent condition. We were updated daily and communication was excellent with their staff. After the repairs were completed, they patched and replace our ground, bushes, etc back to prior conditions that we could not tell that our home had repairs done. Our neighbors were amazed also.
