Structured Foundation Repairs Houston

We hired Structured Foundation a little over two years ago to do some work on our home, which required 21 pilings, inclusive of 5 internal piers. Unfortunately we had to use our warranty much sooner than we expected. While there were some hiccups along the way, I'm writing this review because of how the owner handled the situation and resolved our issues. When issues arose, the owner personally stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. He didn't just focus on fixing our home—he was genuinely committed to earning back our trust. That level of accountability is rare these days. Were there frustrations? Yes. But what matters most is that when problems occurred, they were addressed thoroughly and professionally. The owner's dedication to customer satisfaction and the integrity of his work ultimately won us over. Foundation repair is a significant investment, and no one wants to deal with costly home repairs or warranty claims. But knowing this company will stand behind their work and fight to make things right gives us the confidence that we made the right choice. We appreciate their commitment to doing right by their customers!!

Highly recommend! We had foundation repair done on our house with 34 exterior piers placed. It was a 4 day project and it was incredible to watch these guys work. Everything from the initial visit, communication, financing, and completion of the job with pre and post inspections from a structural engineer was top notch. I want to give high regards to Structured Foundation Repairs Houston. Today Bryant T. - Structural Analyst, came out to our home to do a foundation inspection. We called because we had a few concerns about cracks we have around the house. He was here for a good while and did a thorough inspection inside and outside the house. He was very friendly and patient with all of our questions and assured us we were good and no work was needed. He left his card and said call back anytime if we need to. What a relief ! Thank you Bryant for your professionalism and honesty .

Structured did the work on our foundation when we purchased it, it has held up and they have come out twice to check to make sure the foundation was in good shape. They have been kind, efficient, and honest. Most recently Brandon was amazing and did a thorough review. Highly recommend.

Structured Foundation just finished leveling my pier and beam enclosed sunporch. I’m super happy with their work. Very professional team, great communication, they cleaned up the work site and took excess dirt away. I’m very impressed and highly recommend them. My doors now close for the first time in years.
