A few months ago our front door became jammed shut. Shortly after that we noticed significant cracks inside our home and on our exterior masonry. Our crawlspace wasn’t the worst around, but it definitely needed a makeover. We started noticing some smells, needed a new access hatch, and generally wanted it to be cleaner and more functional. After looking at some local companies, we contacted Precision Crawlspace. Sawyer (the owner) responded really quickly and set up a time to come out and give us a free estimate. He took a lot of time explaining everything he saw during the inspection, and gave us a quote for a crawlspace renovation with no pressure. We elected to do a complete renovation and we were not disappointed. Sawyer’s crew arrived and performed the work efficiently and professionally. Work was completed earlier than expected, and the workers really respect your home. There was not a scrap of trash left behind, and our new crawlspace is so clean, we’ve been joking we can put overnight guests down there if we run out of room in the house. At the completion of the job, Sawyer inspected the crawlspace work and gave a quick tutorial on some of the new equipment that was installed. He really made sure we were happy with everything before he considered the job complete. We felt the price was very fair for the job, considering the quality of the work.
