Quality of work and timeliness both were very important for us. Reza and his team delivered good work and in time. With his extensive experience in the field Reza guided us with correct and practical suggestions ensuring smooth progress of work.

First, I had a contractor who took an insurance payment and did nothing for 3 months, called Rez Construction and he started working the same day even without payment. Rez Construction worked well with my insurance company. We had a 120-foot tree crush our home and our contractor worked well with my homeowner's insurance. He was able to give me a completely new roof. His employees are top-notch professionals that do a great job. Due to other damage, Rez Construction gave me some great ideas for the inside repairs. The new bathtub, tile, and window were installed and looked beautiful in my first bathroom. Had to have many rooms repaired due to the tree crushing our home. If you want a company that will work with you and with your insurance, this is your company. You won't be disappointed. This is a super dependable family-owned company. I called Rez Construction when I came to know that one of my buildings has been several damaged due to the wind storm in November 2024. From the get go, they were very responsive, understood the situation, quickly engaged with the work. They coordinated with the insurance to get the ball rolling. They completed the work in under 3 months despite their busy schedule, especially given the amount of damage the building had. Due to their effort, we were able to quickly move the business tenants back in, leading to minimal disruption to the business. One thing I really appreciate with Reza is their timely response. In my previous experience with contractors, I find it very challenging to get hold of them, but was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness. Its so great to be able to call the contractor and get hold off them (not some receptionist without context or voicemails that never be returned). The quality of the work is great and we passed all our inspections with flying colors on the first attempt. They did extra flooring work and paiting work that tenants requested, which was not in original scope. Hopefully not, but if I ever encounter a tough situation such as this, I will certainly reach out to Rez Construction again.
