Olshan Foundation Repair

Lagan was fantastic. The workers Gaspar, Eric, Jenri, Agustin, & Erin were very friendly and worked hard the whole time they were here. I’m very, very satisfied with their installation and foundation repair. I would definitely recommend them.

Recently, Olshan completed work for me. It is the second time and not for the same issue. But is one of the reasons I reached out to Olshan again I am very pleased for the previous work done as well as the recently completed work. The crew chief, Jose Santos was good and the team which included Jose Horellana (I hope I spelled that correctly), Alonso Gomes, Hadilia (another name I really hope I spelled correctly) + Eric were diligent hard working individuals which included picking up the debris. I was so very impressed by attitudes and work ethic. If I had a question, it was answered. And I promise you, the work conditions in my crawl space required them to be diligent. They were wonderfully pleasant. If I had been crawling around in my muddy crawl space I would not have been pleasant. The work was completed as promised from the estimate that Daniel gave. Sump pumps and dehumidifier installed. Work was good, completed on time and to this lay person, it did not appear that any corners were cut. Thank you Olshan team. Time will tell. I have no photos or video because I am unable to crawl around in my crawl space at this age. And yes, I would hire again if needed.

Gaspar, Agustin, Genri, Erik and Erlin where on the job and getting it done. Only issue is they busted my water pipe, it was fixed immediately with them paying plumbers. They resolved that issue. Everything else was good. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional.

This company did a repair on a home I was purchasing and I asked the general manager if I could purchase the warranty. They said I could. After I purchased the home and called to make that purchase, they avoided me, did not call me back and when I finally go ahold of the general manager again, they told me "no we don't do that." This is blatantly contradictory to what they told me before. I take this as a negative indication of their work and their integrity because why else would you not stand behind your work or what you previously said.

Caspar, Erix, Agustin, Genri and Erin done an excellent job repairing the termite damage in our crawl space. The area was completely repaired and cleanup when the job was completed.

I have used Olshan in the past and recently used the company again to repair a water leak in my basement storage room. They did an outstanding job. Jose Santos and his crew (Gaspar, Arnoldo, Henry, and Eric) were efficient and very pleasant to work with.

Mario,Selvin,Malgarito,Domingo,Fredi were very good with the repairs that they did on my house. They went above and beyond! A+ service!
