My wife and I used Bob and his team last year to resolve foundation issues, and we couldn't be happier with the decision. He was the third quote we received, and we're very glad we chose him. Unlike other big-box companies that used scare tactics to pressure us into signing with them, Bob was transparent about the issues he saw, didn't try to oversell us, and treated us respectfully as concerned homeowners, not just as unsuspecting targets. He was even upfront and apologetic about an accounting error on his original proposal and didn't overcharge us unnecessarily. That's the kind of honesty you'll get with Bob. Their work was fast, efficient, and more than a year later has given us peace of mind. But what we've appreciated the most about MoKan is that Bob has come out to quickly remediate a couple of smaller follow-up issues we've had, without question, more than a year after his work. Our unfinished basement storage area and a part of the carpeted area was collecting water ! I was recommended to Bob Olsen by a Next Door website customer who responded to a post I had made, regarding a similar situation. Bob responded immediately and came within the hour. He diagnosed our issue as a sump pump pipe issue and immediately contacted Danny’s Plumbing whom he works with, and they immediately resolved the pipe and sump pump issue! I had called another company and was told it would be a week to come check it out. This was an issue that needed immediacy and Bob came to the rescue. He also did not accept any payment for a diagnosis which is unheard of! Bob cannot be thanked enough for his promptness and friendly professionalism. I give he and his company 20,000 stars !!! His diagnosis was spot on and the ability to solve our issue in only approximately. 2 hours was miraculous!! Thank you Bob and MoKan Foundation and Danny’s Plumbing!!! We are grateful!
