We don’t have enough nice things to say about the service we received from R&S, Sid is a very pleasant man to talk with, very knowledgeable of our electric gate problem ( rodent damage) and was confident he could get our gate repaired and synced to our automobiles with out replacing the whole unit (which saved us a lot of money). The Technicians that performed the repair (Jack & Fabian) were very customer service oriented, very professional and knowledgeable of there task and very quick at fixing our gate opener. ( they even had to deal with a rodent that didn’t want to leave ). Thank you once again for your quick quality service.

Have had an industrial door acting up over the last few weeks. Kept coming out promptly when called and trouble shooting until it was fixed! This last time Jason from Modesto went out of his way to look at the door when hearing of it's on going issues. Very happy with the pricing and the service and you won't get charged until it's fixed one hundred percent. I would highly recommend using them and have nothing but great things to say about all the service techs I've come across. We will continue to use them for our door and gate issues and any other jobs we decide to do.
