DCC Construction Company Inc

The moment we spoke to Dean, we knew him and his crew would be perfect for the job. Dean is so easy to work with, responsive, and understanding to what we wanted. We appreciate the hard work and respect that his team put into this project. We shared our ideas with Dean and he shared how he can make it bigger and better. His level of expertise and his eye for his craftsmanship is amazing. All I can say is, trust the process and trust Dean into making a dream project a reality. He took his time to make sure we were getting top notch work. We absolutely love how our front and backyard came out, the quality of material and effort put into it, the stamped concrete and solid seating wall is beautiful...the pictures say it all! You say it, and he makes it happen. DCC really is the best deal out there, going above and beyond our expectations. We are grateful for DCC for turning our home into a place we love even more and a place for new memories! Thank you!!!

DCC Construction did a fantastic job on our 2025 IPE deck rebuild in Del Mar. Dean and his crew are first rate craftsmen and executed our project on-time, on-budget, with great attention to keeping the site tidy and respecting the neighbors. These guys are really nice people and a pleasure to work with. Dean Harbin, the owner, is very experienced as a designer and has really good taste and strong architectural instincts, really improving our final results. He's straightforward, really accurate with estimates, and helps the homeowner understand how to get want they want. DCC is the best experience we ever had in our 50 years of remodeling and homebuilding. Thanks Dean and DCC!

We recently had the pleasure of working with DCC on a major project involving exterior staircase and landing repairs, new stucco, and fresh paint. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and clear communication were outstanding throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with the results—highly recommend DCC and are already planning our next project with them!

We had an amazing experience with Dean and his team remodeling our backyard. Highly recommended and the results were top tier at a great value. We wanted to replace our small pool area into a spacious concrete and turf combo set. They were very professional and easy to talk with. Any parts of the project we requested, Dean made it happen. No matter the obstacles he had to come across, he made it work with quality workmanship. He made sure we had the proper permits and made sure to meet city regulations upon implementation. The team also help set up a pergola we ordered at Sam's club, along with other large items we purchased from other stores, and building a gazebo for an outdoor kitchen area. We had an overall positive experience with the services from DCC with no regrets at all and are happy to recommend their services to family and friends.

Where to begin….Dean and his crew have been working at both of my homes for a number of years. Dean is the only contractor I trust to take care of my building needs. When I call on him I can rest assured that it will be done correctly. So often now a days, you will set up a job with someone and you are not surprised when they show up late without a call, or never arrive at all. Not with Dean or the excellent workers on his crew. They are on time, friendly, and get the job completed properly. Dean is a great guy you can trust! I can’t say enough good about his business. Never had a problem in all of these years. Am including photos of his latest project which was a "Catio" for my 5 feral cats!!!

I had delayed getting my driveway redone for about 10 years because I did not have a good referral. A couple months ago, I was at my sister's house and saw that she got her quirky weird driveway redone and it was excellent work, so I asked her who did it and she gave me Dean's number and I called him. Dean came over the next day and gave me a bid. I ended up getting my driveway, porch, pool deck and a 5 ft wide side yard walkway done. He started when he said he was going to start and finished when he said he would finish. His crew is great. they cleaned up every day and they kept my elderly dog company. If you need a concrete referral, I know a guy.

DCC Construction Company did a retaining wall and grading project for me. I had a sloping unushillside hillside and wanted it turned into three separate levels. They also had to deal with my limited budget and my wanting of a rustic style retaining wall. DCC gave a fair price and I am so glag I chose them. Dean and his guys are great. They are friendly and respectful. They work hard to limit the inpack on you and the area surrounding the project. I never dreamed that I would have use of the lower part of my property. Phase one complete. Thanks Dean and DCC Construction
