MMRG Mold Remediation & Basement Waterproofing

Randy saved my life. I was living in an apartment with visible mold and the management kept telling me it wasn't. I believed them. I became so sick and a shell of myself, I couldn't take it anymore. I am beyond thankful for Randy for validating my horrible experience and for providing me truth with a very easy to understand lab analysis to confirm the mold, and more importantly, to confirm that I wasn't crazy. Randy is a wealth of knowledge. I did not use his services as of now, however, he took the time to go over signs to look for if mold is growing in a home. Very nice human and would definitely use MMRG if needed in the future!

Randy and his crew waterproofed our basement recently. Randy on his initial assessment of the job was decisive and very informative. He was always accessible via phone to answer any questions we had. Randy was very responsive. I had an appointment set up within the first phone call. He came out and did a thorough inspection. He described what he was seeing and what work would need to be done. His prices are very competitive. The crew was able to start the work the next week. The basement has no more mold and they amount of work they did is amazing for 1 and half days. I called this company because of the amazing reviews when I was concerned about possible mold in my vents. The gentleman I spoke to spent a ridiculously long time on the phone with me, breaking down the issue and providing me with cost effective solutions for my issue- none of which involved them coming out and charging for their services (which I would have happily done). I followed his advice and no more issues in my home! I would recommend them highly to anyone based on this experience. They were knowledgeable and honest. UPDATE: Called again for another concern and Randy could not have been more patient and kind. He walked through the whole situation for me and made a recommendation unrelated to mold remediation. This is the most honest, reputable company I have worked with. And Randy is so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and have their number saved for any future issues!
