I’ve used Miguel and Best Builder for all kinds of jobs for the last 4 years. They’ve done electrical, plumbing, foundation work, built fences, a kitchen remodel, floors, bath remodel, installed windows and doors and built two complete garage conversion to ADUs for me. They are excellent at all trades and good value for the money. The most helpful thing to me is Miquel’s ability to figure out how to complete the work the right way. I highly recommend him. I’ll continue to use him for my jobs and I recommend him to all my real estate clients and friends.

I was blown away with the attention to detail and cleanliness of the work that was done . I can’t emphasize enough what amazing work they do. They surpassed my expectations and more. There was nothing they can’t do from little to big requests needed for the job. There punctuality and showing up as promised finishing the job sooner than what I expected. We used Best Builders to add an additional bedroom to our newly purchased home. Miguel and his team were professional, courteous, clean, punctual, and came in exactly on budget. They drywall-ed in two sides, framed up a door, and added a closet. The work was so good, you wouldn't be able to tell that it wasn't an original piece of the home - which was very important to us. I highly recommend Best Builders for their impeccable work. On top of all that, Miguel just seems like a really good human - and I'll look to use them again in the future.

Best Builder Construction was recommended to us after our first contractor strung us along and then dropped our project at the very last minute. With a very tight timeline, Miguel and his team arrived to save the day - navigating the creation of a new bathroom, new closet, and replacing a bathtub and tiling in our bathroom - while we had to live in the house during the construction. The team was on top of keeping things clean and bathrooms functional during that entire time. They also navigated the city’s permitting and inspection process exceedingly well.
