Everyone from Sales to Scheduling to Project Management to the Install team was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was fair and their advice was great. We are so impressed with the work completed by Worthington Basement Health Systems! At the recommendation of our radon mitigation specialist, we had installed a closed French drain system, sump pump (with battery back up), and a vapor barrier. Darius and his team were so careful, thorough, and efficient. Additionally they were fully communicative through the entire process! We highly recommend WBHS!

We had Worthington out to install two new basement egress windows. They were excellent from start to finish. Sales team was able to get out quickly and walk us through each option and answer all of our questions. They were clear about timeframe for permitting and when to anticipate work to begin. Once permit was ready, they promptly scheduled the work. The crew was great and extremely courteous. They made sure to protect the inside of the house from construction and cleaned the work area thoroughly. They completed work successfully and slightly ahead of projected schedule. We would highly recommend Worthington!
