I contacted Michael after the city rejected my plan to shore in place and replace my foundation. I connected with Michael through a friend who was having his house lifted and we ended up doing the same thing. Michael's team lifted, enlarged and deepened the basement area, and connected me with a contractor to pour the new foundation. Now I'm finishing the new basement and rest of the remodel. Perfect fit for me as a citizen developer. Thanks guys.

Space Down Under did a project for me prior to covid. I had forgotten to leave a review until I drove by one of their job sites so here I am. Working with Space Down Under was quite interesting. It was fun. It was challenging and while it was not cheap and it took a bit longer than expected the process was smooth and transparent but most important of all is the fact that my house spent a few months sitting on steel beams and jenga blocks while the old foundation was taken out, tons of dirt excavated and then a new concrete solid foundation was poured. I have zero regrets about this investment and I sleep like a baby at night knowing my home now has a finished basement for my family to enjoy. Thank you guys!

Michael, the owner was great with me on the phone the other day. He spent about an hour explaining all the details of what his company offers, the pricing and how a project like this isn't for everyone. He was very candid and down to earth. He gave me solid numbers for me to figure out if this project was in our budget and now it's up for me to figure that out. If it is, we definitely will be going with Space Down Under for our project. I can't speak to his work, but after his hour-long consultation on the leaky basement of my 1910 house, I'd trust this guy to fix anything. I so appreciated that he didn't try to sell me any services, he encouraged me to do things myself and was willing to walk me through it.
